you need to roll back all the way to when you first got the error... clear the scene and then try again... this will clear the error
try starting over on your last save... you should be saving frequently to keep from having to restart an entire week or more

ok but the error occurs at the start of the game and even when I go to the preferences !!! and I don't know where to go to erase the errors!

If your preferences is corrupted you can try going here "C:\Users\*YourName*\AppData\Roaming\RenPy" and find the persistent file to delete.

I suppose it's an error from previous versions, in which this part of the quest started before your first meeting with Step-Mom.

You should ask other characters involved. Some of them know about your step-family and will give you their address if you have good relations
