Use the phone browser to search for a job. May take a couple of tries. Once you find a modeling job the studio should be accessible downtown. Go there and talk to the photographer. Then get your models. After a few times, talk to xshop owner about advertising shop products.
Once you unlock all that, you can use THIS POST to cut down on the grind. (although still really grindy)

I haven't had the time really, off topic, i play destiny 2, my clan/friends and i are working on getting our characters ready for the next expansion by doing raids and other stuff, by the time i get done, it's 3-4am for me, not sure when i will be able to update it, sorry.
