At the moment( 0.57 ) you'll just have to be happy with the aunt not doing a solo photo shoot. All she says as of now it "I'm not interested in it." and the label ends. If you meant with the mother, get the job and ask them when they're at the pool together.

The easiest option is to connect your smartphone to a desktop or laptop, turn on file transfer mode, copy the game saves from the old smartphone to your computer, disconnect the old smartphone from the computer and connect the new one. Transfer your saves to it. A couple minutes' task.
The saves can't just disappear by themselves. They are still on your old smartphone.
As far as I recall, you can't get into her pants just by visiting her solo. You have to use the party or the weekend visits to her office.
Attending the party can lead to you passing out and staying till the morning.
To progress the solo evenings, you need to make the lawyer your girlfriend. As I recall, there are only two paths for that: the threesome ending at the party and the office blow job.
If you don't already know about the parties, talk to the lawyer or the cop. I "think" you should already know about them because its a conversation point with the judge. not 100% on that though.
In any case, making the lawyer your girlfriend opens up the rest of her paths.
You need 2 hand jobs to be able to go down on her. To get her to go down on you, the total number of hand jobs plus the total number of times you have gone down on her have to be higher than 4, plus she has to like you.
To progress her solo home time, you have to go to the party and/or her office on the weekends. If you haven't heard about it, talk to the lawyer or the cop. Premium booze is the only way to fly and beer will get you nowhere (unless its with a gym teacher).
I've gone well past two handies from her. I've had multiple handies and footies in her office. I've had her solo handies at the party many times now (plus solo handies from Violet and anal with her at the police station), I've also had the double handy many times. I've drained the raw motorcycle sex with Ren, and had her BJ under the desk. The judge has been to my motel room more than the maximum number of times. Nothing further can be gained at the hearings.
