This game needs a Gallery mod bcuz Dev didn't do shit for replays.

There is indeed a gallery. Load a game, Bring up the save/load screen, second option from the left is Gallery.

Must be something wrong with your game, I click on the film strip in the top right of the gallery and everything is there for me.

U need "persistent" file from "save" folder + latest save file.
And all scenes should be showed up.
