The file is compressed you need to uncompress the file then you will see the executable file move this to a Games folder or like then double click it to open the game. Start playing it is long journey to get up to the V39 content. Start reading from the beginning of this thread to get hints to reveal content. There are also Cheat Mods / helpers to reduce the grind.
