Unless you use some kind of cheat mod which gives "infinite" hotel upgrades, you just have to wait for how long you paid for.

I think Aunt Kate had to tag along to dinner when you invite the sister, do it on a day when the Aunt is there, should give an option to bring her before the bus ride.

Repeat talk and "ask about parents" with aunt until you notified her that your father has been cheating for years. after that the "Invite" will be clickable.
