You have to get promoted high enough. Keep asking Julie for a promotion, and eventually you'll be able to work there without Lily. Annoyingly, it's (like many things here) a grind, because you have to leave it a while between requests or she just says "I only promoted you X days ago..."

You need to build up love/relationship with the mother, as simply being sexual with her will freak her out. Work on the relationships, then slowly get her being sexual. Also, you get to have "shrink" meetings with your mother. Make sure to go to them. She'll suggest them after a time. This also develops your chances with your tutor, who's basically the shrink.
