Jill/older sister should show up during motel managers BJ at the reception on Day 140. I have tried getting that scene like 100 times now. Can someone pls share the label or method to get to it please.

Sorry, but I am indifferent to the presence/absence of heels. I prefer ladies to be barefoot.

The question is a complicated one. There is an overlapping issue of holidays. In Russia from December 30 to January 14 is a relaxed atmosphere, very few people work, if the developer, despite the life in emigration, retained the habits formed in his historic homeland, then most likely the update will be released either on the eve of the new year, (before December 30) or in mid-January.
For Russians, New Year's Eve, not Christmas, is the main winter holiday.

We might add that the Russian orthodox church still uses the Old Julian calendar as the religious calendar, therefore they celebrate Christmas on 7th January.

Yes, this is true, but Orthodox Christmas (January 7) is celebrated in Russia by religious Christians (and these are no more than 15-20% of the total population), for the rest it is just an extra day off. And judging by the project under consideration, the developer hardly belongs to the number of believers.
