You have to unlock threesome with Jill and Kate (Kate has to be in empty room and you have to be in the parking at 4am after Jill's shift). Then, when you start fucking Jill and Lil joins you later, Kate caught you three.

I don't know what the inscripcition means, sorry. For the PE+Lit teachers threesome you must to creampie both of teachers. You have to go to Downtown until midnight and 3AM, pick up PE teacher and select the middle option. Then, you went to the school, you have to find some clothes of PE Teacher and try some times to get the creampie.
Export the save from the internet game. Plunk it down in game\saves or in %appdata%\RenPy\StraitenedTime-(some number here)
Note that the number in the save file name will indicate which page and slot of the load screen it shows up on. auto-2-LT1.save will be in the autosave page, slot 2. 1-2-LT1.save will be page 1, slot 2, etc...
The family patch just changes the definition of the variables that hold the relationship names. "Mother Superior" becomes "mother", "other cohabitant" becomes "cousins" and so on.
“still there may be more naughty events” means there may still be actions that increase allure. It is the holder for other actions that don't have a specific destination or description. It doesn't necessarily mean there are hidden actions, its more of a catch-all.

Are you implying that the updates are too small? That's how I don't touch the game with every update. The last version I went through was 0.54. Given that the developer periodically adds things to the early stages of the game, it makes sense to go through from scratch. I think I'll tackle it sometime after the 0.61 or 0.62 version is released. There's no point in doing it before then.

Thanks a lot. I tried, but it doesn't work - maybe should have said before: I'm on a mac. I tried creating a save (tried with saves too) folder in the game folder and also tried putting it in the renpy folder. but nothing comes up. Any more advice?
Pulled from the RenPy options file in the master build:

## This generally should not be changed, and if it is, should always be a
## literal string, not an expression.
The RPA files appear to be identical on the mac and pc versions. Neither appear to have changed the save location.
In the mac version, the variable "config.save_directory" is defined in StraitenedTimes.app\Contents\Resources\autorun\game\options.rpy as:
define config.save_directory = "StraitenedTimes-1556023370"
$HOME/Library/RenPy/StraitenedTimes-1556023370 seems to be your target directory location. Pretty sure Macs have the same kind of "show hidden files" options as PCs, so maybe check on that too.
