I think a shorter list would be those that don't have a counter check. You can use the Universal Ren'Py Mod / URM to see what they are. It will give a pop-up about hidden paths.

Another thing to list is the events that require downgrading your actions.
Examples:
- Weekend with FLawyer. After a couple times with cunni action you need to go back to HJ in order to get the GF talk and BJs.
- StepOS training. About the same, you go from petting back to undressing for HJs and BJs
- SluttyMaid busted. Walking in on the maid while she is masturbaring a few time then refuse to cunni to get sex.
