Most of the RNG Events are triggered by the horniness of the girl. If you leave a girl alone long enough, she takes matters into her own hands. There are some story events that have randomness to them, but for the most part, the RNG events are just bonus events.
One, then the other. I normally start with Kate. Then sleep with them until Kate has sex with you. Then repeat with Lisa winning until she has sex with you at night. Then go to the bath room and talk to Kate about sex with Lisa. Finally, after all that, have the contest end in ties until they jump you.

came back to this game, and still cant get kate to do modelling. Ive been asking her to do this while Lisa is at the pool like the guy said, but no luck still. I dont know if this is a bug on my save at this point cuz I cant raise allure anymore.

Take Lisa (mom) to five or more sessions. The photographer will request a sister shoot. After that, you can talk with Kate at the pool with Lisa.
Open the console and Type PDebug = True
This will make the prudish option visible in preferences.

After watching them drive off a couple of times, go to the residential area on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday at 19:00. You have to skip dinner so that you can get there to see them enter the club at 20:00.
The game spends so much time telling you how important dinners are as well.
Glad I can play this game modded and just do whatever I want.

You can ask Jill or Lil to cover dinner for you. It will reduce the hit on their opinion of you. You can also gift them cash or have lunch (at noon) with whoever is there.

You have to browse for a job on your phone. It takes a few times. Once found, go downtown and talk to the lady. Start with Lisa (mom) by asking her to go at 17:00.
