So I figured it out. For those interest. Wink wink.
What I was missing was 1 important event related to Lauren.
At 11am or 12pm, you have to go to Lauren. And sneak peek at her while she's in the shower. She will eventually give you, in what I considered, one of the best boob scenes.
Then, you go to her like at 1am without going to Bridget first. And that will prompt and event when you eat her and then eventually fuck her. ( I don't recall tbh if after Bridget she takes you to her bedroom and then Bridget joins. I will try and post when I get a moment).
This will open the door for the threesome and the confession BJ.

At least, you should download the bugfix (0.63.2), instead of playing 0.63.1, and see if that fixes your problem...
I'll try to fix it right away, but it's an error I've had since version 0.59.1.
The string 'Il caso di [YourFatherT!' must be from your Spanish translation
If you have an access to your translation files try to change it to 'Il caso di [YourFatherT]'
The game has some Italian text and many English texts. It would be fine even if it were all in English. How can I undo the translation or locate and correct the file you pointed me to?
