Alright so took me a while to get my v 0.64 running because of the save transfer issue but I managed to pull it off.
So far, I've only been able to unlock the Threesome with both Grandmas.
I'm still missing so much content.
Based on the shared detailed changelog
*Mom (Lisa). New sex scene. (I don't know where.)
*Aunt (Kate). Motel swimming pool. Fitness scene involving Lily.
*Newmaid (Tasha). Motel swimming pool. Night event and room cleaning scene.
*Principal (Helena). Principal's office. TJ scene.
*Art teacher (Diya). Art room. Class scene.
*Paternal grandmother (Sophia). Maternal grandmother (Ava). The MC's room in Old House. Two people are waiting for the main character in the main character's room. 3P scene.
*The shape of the alarm, which informs the progress of the event or changes in women's mood, has been changed.
Any more tips how to get the rest?
Plus I've checked the games files and the New Lisa (BiologicalMom) scene looks to be at a location I don't know of or maybe lapsed my memory.
She seems to be, well bloated in this one.

I can't do the scene with the aunt. I ask her, but she won't go to the training with Lil. Does anyone know how to do it?

Managed to play till the end after the hearings, expect to get the scene with mom, but only scene I could open was with Lilly.
But playing the same event again from save shortly before the hearing and the scene with Lilly is not repeatable.
It is becoming rather frustrating in this beautiful game.

It's simple - you don't need only to wait - you need to attend school sclasses.
I've used your save:
It was sunday so I waited till monday and went to classes. After one day at school I had only to wait for her next class. It's Friday (she teaches your class only on Monday and Friday)

*Newmaid (Tasha). Motel swimming pool. Night event and room cleaning scene. - For this one you need to have a good relationship with her to sit beside. (Console commanded my way)
*Principal (Helena). Principal's office. TJ scene. - Can be found when visiting her on the office.
*Art teacher (Diya). Art room. Class scene. - extracurricular activity. You need to talk to diya about it and invite other students to attend.
she's in the motel office in the morning while her mom is by the pool think 6 to 8 forget the exact times

So what is the deal with not being able to load saves from version 63.x? Does this mean I have to start over again?

The early stages are pretty straightforward tbh - go to school, have dinner with the family, get a job at the diner. Go to every location you can visit and talk to everyone about their interests until you get their friendship up to 100. You can use the rollback function if you pick a bad topic (or use the walkthrough guide to know which ones to pick). Chat to everyone and talk to them about every option (sometimes more than once).
Pay attention to the dialogue - particularly around Lil and Jill getting jobs as you will want to follow them. Search for jobs on the internet when you can.

I think if you can get your hands on 0.63.3 you should be able to create a stable save that will work with 0.64. Unfortunately, I missed the boat on that one so I'm currently looking for a copy of that version.
