It's an old function name. Your save wasn't properly updated. Do not use saves from other versions that were made in the middle of events, it can cause a lot of errors.
You should save in location and then load it with updated game

You can progress things with Alexa (older second sister) to the point where you can finger her
You can 69 with the sex shop owner
You can get a few scenes where you spy on the Second mother (in the shower, at least I think this is new)
You can bareback your mother superior.
There may be other things, but that's all I can remember right now.

the game is interesting and has nice interactions graphic- and dialoguewise but too much of the time i have no idea how to do next. and games where ya need a walkthorugh is not good.
