Don't know a 100%.
But I would think that's not yet possible, since I have probably everything (except somethings with Jill) and can't watch porn with Mom and Lil.
Also I would guess, that it will be added in near future since you can already fuck Mom next to them but while trying watching porn Mom says "out of the question", which doesn't fit that much anymore.^^
