Yup, so you need make an appointment Ren to see the lawyer (Victoria) and keep meeting until you get your opinion up to 100. At some point you get a cutscene where you see Ren complain to Victoria about her parties. You then get an option in your meetings with Victoria to try and learn her address. The first time you just ask and you get rejected. The second time you get an option to trick Victoria - you make an excuse for her to leave and search her desk while she's away.

You'll then unlock her location in the Residential Area. She won't be thrilled to see you the first time, so make sure you come back with good alcohol (any premium alcohol is fine).

alright last bit im not sure if ive missed it and perma soft locked myself out earlier in my playthrough but i havent gotten the cutscene w Ren and V even though ive been out at night with ren and my opinion with both is 100 unless them arguing is pure rng chance?

From memory, the scene is pretty short and easy to miss if you were rushing through content. The initial scene doesn't require an appointment with Victoria. Perhaps just spend some afternoons idling in the MGM office and forwarding the time.

Alternatively, make an appointment with Victoria and make sure there's not a Chat option to ask for her address.

You have to fuck Jill in your room. Lil will "catch" you and Jill will want to be the better of both. From then on you can fuck her without.

dont need to write it with this one, can just copy from there and paste in to game (always tests first without = to see if its correctly written or still there). otherwise it is case sensitive.
all you need to do is enable console, easiest way is with unren.

is the Alexa Phone event really rare? Been going to her room at midnight for two going on three week now & still have not had it happen, Mary is my GF but I can't trigger the Alexa Phone scene to find out about the BF, I have provided my save as well if someone can kind of point me in the direction of what I am missing or I just tell me I have really bad RNG luck.

The event works, okay. You need to ask her about boyfriend once again and get an abrupt answer. Then the event triggered as it supposed to - on trying to enter her room

use correct set of variables, also depend which scenes, some happen only at certain days/time, for some need more than one - whole set of variables
got all there in console list, its been years for me since have played it, basically when have last updated guide was last time that have play it, you have to figure it out which variables for which scenes and unless dev rewrite the code should still be the same.

but keep in mind this game is biggest grinder that is, i have probably spent more time inside console than actual game to speed shit up and for bonus lots of things are/were rng based so not necessary it happens, but can always try again and again till it does.

2025.08.06: bug fix and stable state saves to transfer between versions

It is adding a new "stable state save transfer system" as the next update will be a new version of Ren'Py and without that stable save system in place you won't be able to transfer saves freely.

well you got 2 pages of console there, you can just directly copy paste in game from there, its what i was doing. you see bundle codes or section in separate cells like this example, you need to use em all

to work, certain things can do only 1nce per day or per week (step family dinner example), so you just need to figure it out how much to roll back, usually if you got back 2 days in events works, sometimes need more.
its all about testing what works and you get use to it, you can see that some are constant with things and some events needs extra so if you know that some combo works and another doesnt - just take a look at working one and use added variables to it.
there is lots of testing and variable searching between saves. cant help you much more than that beyond going to game and start messing around again which got no plan for any time soon. someday

ah yeah totally forgot, just grab my guide its basically instruction beside every how to with variables, best presentation, for all the basics, how to use and when.
and ingame debug is probably still best guide, just look there what you can do and max out all - after you max out do few more times till you scrolling stops you with new line of text and then move to next one, and variables are there to replay events as much as you want. had clean from start to end with bank chick that way. she was last i have maxed cause of "paths" if there are any
