The author has stated that this game with never contain NTR. They are making a different game with NTR as a core principal, so it seems likely it is a promise that will be kept.

iirc the $15 tier patrons get it a week before the $10/$5 patrons get it, so whichever hero here has the 2nd/3rd tier has to wait another 3-4 days
but it's a week since they release the update ; This delay does not usually occur
