3. Does anyone know a command or way to trigger: Mary and Alexa (Enter Mary's room when you see both sisters are in there. They seem to be talking about something medical (At 23:00).

completed:
A. Dating the sisters: Mary route (had sex/ cunning under table/ caught)
B. "Dating the sisters: Alexa route" up to step 19 (sex with condom/ anal)

Found another bug, it's with Jaslene at the school:

Basically you can't advance when you search her clothes in the school, no matter what if you keep ignoring. You can ignore the first part without problems, but when second part comes, it's a game over.

I would love to know if there is a way to fix this bug, but it seems that i need to wait for the next month, i would appreciate if someone gives a fix for this error.

Just tested - night school event is okay
"cScreens.rpy" is not a part of the game and there is no "hover_pictEW" variable - check your mods for this error

That particular bit is what turns the PE Teachers black clothes bright pink in the dark hallways. To fix it you have 3 options:

Go into game/CbunnyCheat57 folder, open cScreen.rpy in Notepad. Hold Control key, hit F. Enter hover_pictEW and press enter. Change hover_pictEW to hover_pict save it and restart your game.

Delete that whole screen from cScreen.rpy, removing that cheat completely.

Download the cheat mod again.

It's working now, just swapped the previous one to the fixed one.
