We do know because lot of us also living here and we know better (than you from the media) that this part is very questionable.
Although I didn't turned on him so are most, simply commented that it sounded like some kind of far-fetched reason. But almost all people noted his excellent work and wished him good luck.

He owes you nothing.The people who paid got more than their money's worth up 'til now, I'm sure. He is decent enough to WARN people he is going to take a break, so they can unsub for that period. Most creators won't do that. They'll say "ughu im sick sorry for 2 years delay" or post tech updates for 10 years straight. He didn't. If you are subbed to him, you can just unsub, and sub back when he comes back.

If you're mad, sniff that grass real hard, and then come back.

Sandbox "fuck everyone" games with something resembling a main plot are very hard to do at all, let alone well, and this one was better than 90% of the attempts out there. Hell, Summertime Saga STILL NOT FINISHED lol. Sorry to hear he's having IRL issues but hope he's able to deal with them and either continue this or start something new and interesting.

Shame it'll be five years before we see anything. I hope the dev gets whatever he has going on solved and things get better. It sucks when you're getting right to the best parts and it stops. I see a lot of things in the future that could be super awesome before this ties up:

1. Family Orgy or three: Ava hints that she wants a foursome with Aunt Kate and Mom. That would be awesome. Both older sisters would be great, since you've got both younger ones together. All of the moms would be cool (Step Mom, Mom, Sophia, and Ava). Also all of the mom level women would be great: Step Mom, Mom, and Neighbor Mom. Not to mention the TV scene in the step family house. Plus Aunt Kate, Mom, and both sisters would be fun.

2. School Stuff: New teacher has a ton left. Then you could have a threesome with PE Teacher and Principal. A foursome with Lit Teacher, PE Teacher, and Principal. Of course all the teachers together too. Not to mention any car rides to school with step mom in place of the garage. Not to mention the Art Teacher and Bridgette, plus modelling sessions with the PE Teacher, Step sister, and Principal. Not to mention sex with the Cheerleader and your Step Sister.

3. New characters: The cook and waitress at the diner. The stripper you don't know. Good add ons to do something with as quick stories. The Hotel Manager and her Daughter, not to mention adding in the Maid.

4. Court Quickies: You've had the Lawyer and Cop, the Lawyer and Ren. So, might as well get Ren in with them both as well.

So many things to finish. I hope he gets his problems solved, and decides to continue. I'm sure you all have more things you'd want to see ... no pregnancy please.
