I really think the grind in these games has to be necessary to not be a 10 minute game. I do not see it extremely excessive and that my native language is not English and sometimes I have forgotten to read, or I have not realized to follow a step ... days and days go by in the game in handfuls

My only real complaint about grind is not knowing how long it is supposed to last. Some games will allow us to continue playing even when all content has been seen. But if we don't know all the content is done and the game normally has huge grind portions or complex patterns to follow to progress then we don't know if we are wasting time or progressing to the next scene.
Really I prefer games that tell me flat out that something has to be done 9 times or whatever. Corruption must be raised to 9 and I only get one corruption event every game week. Cool, now I know I'm moving towards something.

I do too. My favorite games have porn but also have a story. I can suspend disbelief but abandoning it altogether is too much.

I'd like to see some regret from Mom and an insistence that she can't do such things with her son. The MC then has to comfort her and point out that it's just for while they are on the island and that they are two people who were lonely and found comfort with each other.
Even better if they use the incest word. Mom arguing that it's incest and they musn't while the MC argues, progressively, that BJs aren't incest because it's just to help him out and she isn't getting sexual pleasure. Later it isn't incest because he's just going down on her and it isn't penetrative. Then sex isn't incest if he doesn't cum inside her and finally, as the baby grows inside her, they acknowledge that they are an incestuous couple.
If I were telling the story, which is far easier than actually making a game, I'd have the cousin keep quiet about observing the MC and his Mom. Later the the cousin can tell the sister and they watch together and comfort each other.
Of course the MC has to eventually discover them or be confronted as the game should end with an option for a harem of pregnant relatives.
Yeah, if u want just a porn u can go on youporn, in a sex game I want a story, if realistic is better. The theme of the shipwrek and the desert island is wonderful to create an incest story but, like u said, with a psycho component. I don't like a too easy step from "don't look my boobs" to "fuck my ass".
