Last scenes aren't in the gallery. There is always a delay of 1 or 2 releases.
It's up to date in the mod

His progress status is at ninety percent, but it stayed at ninety for quite a while on the last update. I don't think it will come this year.

Its not abonded, the developers patreon page says its at 90% completion. It could be released in a couple of weeks or a month i guess.

OK we got the first "couple of days" delay. So the 40$ tier is dropping in the 1st week of January if the previous update is something to go by.
