I mean how many people outside some extremely loud and very opinioned extremist posters here on f95 actually even catagorize games as NTR or Non-NTR with some absolute line in the sand, much less even know wtf NTR is or that people freaking out about other characters in game having sex is even a thing? Assuming at least one of the people complaining here was a member of his patreon, how much was the dev even pulling in monthy donations, and how much complaining over this is happening THERE right now?

For example and as I implied earlier, that Akainu456 guy spent the day obsessively emoji tagging 15 different posts in this thread and while leaving his own single overly invested "I hate NTR!!!" take on the latest update. Which from his post history looks to be par for the course here as far as his activity behavior on F95. Again...all in relationship to a game he's never even tried or played.

I'd bet good money that if you did a poll of players' most and least preferred game types, the people who prefer immersive harem games would be the ones most opposed to NTR. I'd make that bet because the harem fantasy is directly opposed to the player feeling any sort of jealousy or competition, which is at the heart of the NTR fetish.

For almost 3 years, this game has been about one guy stranded on an island with multiple women. Maybe it wasn't intentional, but that sort of setup is exactly what would attract players who avoid games with multiple dicks. On top of that, it's a grind sandbox game, so it attracts immersive players. So you've got a game perfectly setup for players who don't want to share women and who play the game as a 1st person fantasy. And you've had the game going for years under that premise. It was probably the worst possible game to inject with NTR.
