More than one scene, way more implicated as well, and that was a few updates ago last time I played and the survival slowburn get the girls game became a cuckfest, because that's what it turned out to be unless there were extensive remakes to the story from a certain point, which I heavily doubt.

The update was more than a year ago, when 'Steve' appeared and the game dev basically disappeared when people (rightfully) rebelled at the sudden, and unavoidable, introduction of another dude who is suddenly banging one LI and heavily hinted at will bang the other LI. This 'Steve' appearance in release 14, when the previous other THIRTEEN releases was all a slow gradual build-up with the MC and the LI's, where the MC seemed to finally be making progress with the LI's.
So yeah, you can say "it's only one scene" and perhaps it is, but for those who had played through THIRTEEN previous game releases, to suddenly have an unavoidable character start fucking the LI's and the player unable to do nothing about it, people rightfully tossed gas and matches on the game and left it burning.
You've been around F95 long enough SoL, to know how most players feel when unexpected NTR is added to a game that was harem focused. It doesn't matter if it was 1 scene or 10, the fact that it was suddenly added with no way to avoid it, rightfully pissed almost all the audience the game had at the time. That's on the dev to own and fix, but it's not clear how many are even willing to give it another shot after that surprise NTR, even if the release cycle hadn't taken a year or more from the last update also.

Doesn't matter if the mother was single or not. The issue wasn't about her 'virginal' status, which would be stupid for someone to be upset about or not, but the fact that after 13 releases the game suddenly brings another dude into the picture and the mother promptly fucks him.
So one guy and 2-3 women, story slowly progressing, and then suddenly guy #2 shows up and fucks the mother and alluded to (can't recall if he did or not) the sister/cousin (can't remember who the younger woman was in relation to MC). So the game focus 100% shifted against what most people were playing it for.
Go into the cabin and sleep, take a nap or whatever. A scene should play where a costume party is announced
