Okay.. I seem to be lost here. How to make the infusion to cure the newcomer ?? I already have purple flower, unboiled water & wood ( Branches count as wood right ?? ) , I read the book already... No option in crafting menu

Edit: Fuck, found it in the campfire menu.. Man, the crafting part of the game is not user friendly.

Go to beach 12:00hrs, give lotion (spill water), Click on Rachel !. You should now be able to read the book about crabs.

On the ground, they blend in well, as for the book go to the backpack (top left) and once it's open it's by your phone. (mid bottom right)
