After v.15 sleep, he wakes up and (not remember if he hears something or not) goes to look near tree and coconut falls from tree.
Triggers automatically.

Yes, MC, mom, sis and cousin stranded in a island. Mom has boyfriend and you see them having sex from away once or twice. That's all I can remember in terms of ntr.
If you ignore 1-2 ntr sex scenes with mom, all the remaining sex scenes is with MC and other girls (mom, sis, cousin). Later in the game there is no ntr!
