PS: There is also an issue where every time I load up the game the difficulty is reset back to Normal, I always have to change it back to Easy. This has been this way for a very long time.

That's strange because when I load your save, the Game mode is on "Very easy"

Note that this game mode is accessible from the main menu too. It does absolutely nothing from the main menu. The option should be hidden and shown only when a game is started.

So, you must start/load a game then change the difficulty mode. But as I said, it seems already ok in your current game.

The last significant scene I had is where Rick offers lotion to the girls and he is shewed away by Jessica who then seductively puts it on Rachel. Tasks wise, the only open task is "Arachnophobia" ---the rest indicate that I should "progress in other tasks." Any help would be most appreciated.

I'm on the part where your back is hurt and have to get her to massage you. I've given her like 10 massages and she won't offer to give me one. I have no other quests to do. Not sure what to do.

Update: I finally got girl #2 to show up...did all the spider stuff. Now I have no quests marked active, all marked green. Not sure what to do.

It seems the Strength training lacks some security. During this training, you open new options in the menu over time.
My guess : You didn't use the new option when it was available and continued training with the old option
The game doesn't expect you to do that

Are you comfortable with the console? If so:
- open the console (shift + O)
- type: strength = 5
- continue the training using only the lowest option in the menu

I'm going to try this too... I've been training for days and nothing's happening, it doesn't level up or anything. The bar that appears after training is supposed to keep going up, right? Well, it doesn't... I'm going to try increasing my strength the way you said.

EDIT:
Nothing... no matter how much I train, my level doesn't increase or anything happens.
There must be something wrong, either a bug or something I missed, but I'm playing the game fine.
How many days do I have to train? And I'll ask again: does the level bar increase every time I train? Mine doesn't even move...

I'm not 100% sure as I didn't make any notes during this, but attempt to get honey with no aids first, then you should be read survival guide and gain skill. At some point you need to sleep and wait for the third coconut to fall

There is a laughable low amount of NTR (personally I don't consider lesbian content as NTR) that I question what's the point of even adding NTR content in the first place. Latest update has the group kicking the 2nd guy out.... is that it then?

I don't know what to hink about this one. At first you talked about a prettu old save, but this one is very advanced
I don't see any specific problem (at first sight). I was able to progress in tasks.
