I don't know what to hink about this one. At first you talked about a prettu old save, but this one is very advanced
I don't see any specific problem (at first sight). I was able to progress in tasks.

Continued from an old save to that point, no more no less.
Glad You have no trouble continuing progress, it WILL not, for me.
Not in Linux, not on Microsoft.

Read book (get 13)
Make potion,
Go to hive (See dipstick get stung)
Go to hive (Get chased away)
Read book (Get 14)
make better stick
Make another bowl. go get honey.

I'am above this...I am doing excersising like in walkthrough and not improve strenght. cause I havent 14 lvl.
