...it's a disaster...
The whole "family" drama and some of the MC job stuff is at least kinda interesting, (- that random long ass scene with Paige's kind of "creator" and that GILF looking prostitute, why tf did that go on for so long btw. HOLY FUCK.) but man... the Strip Club and Vespera stuff on the other hand... just fucking boring, pointless (at least, that's what it seems like at the moment) and seems to drag on and on, instead of focusing on the fun part of the game. Like the "whodunnit" we have going on, or anything else with any of the girls we've been getting to know for fucking ages now on the ship.
It literally feels like I'm playing two games at once tbh, with one being wonderful and getting me hooked, and then another one that I just get thrown into randomly when Paige decides too, which sadly just kinda blows in comparison, and now has me lowkey just Ctrl'ing through it.
I'm sure I'm in the minority but I find the 'modern day' fucking tedious and the past is more interesting. I want to know if MC was always a manipulative sociopath or was it the result of an experiment or 'enhancement' of some kind because, jesus, he is insufferable.

Nah I'm with you on the current being tedious. It's just a walking sex simulator, with space Viagra a loose justification as to why he can fuck all day and do nothing else. The past contains sex too but at least I'm also learning about prior events. I've checked out on the "whodunit" cause this seems like a relatively "safe" VN with your choices not really amounting to all that much to mess with the main plot.
We'll find out:
a) nothing really mattered, pick your ending, enjoy
b) something mattered but you had no way of knowing so have fun replaying to get the outcome you desire
c) the game doesn't finish and we never find out what happened
If the culprit is one of the girls, it's a one time "jack in the box" kind of surprise that is like "oh okay" and then never has the same impact again, like Acting Lessons.
Nah ur crazy man. The flashback stuff is most of the Story. It shows us more about MC and everything that likely leads up to why he is actually going to Elysium. I will agree that some of the scenes can drag on a bit but the background of it all is important to the story.

So, guys... it's useless to discuss which part is cool and which part is just filler or meaningless, because that depends on each person's taste and perception...
For example, Sasha and Gigi are characters that I really like and I find their dialogues (usually) quite funny... HOWEVER, there are times when the part where they try to be funny goes on too long, and then it just gets tiring and boring... That scene where the two of them "roast" the MC, for me, is ZERO funny, and it's extremely long, tiring, that adds NOTHING to the story, doesn't entertain, doesn't lead anywhere... BUT, I imagine that there are people who liked it, right?
Kasumi... this "master" thing, for me, is already annoying. I think the complaints about it are almost unanimous, but I believe that there is a (very small) portion of people who like it.
So... it's all a matter of personal taste. some parts are nice, others are not, but let's remember that the game is being made for many more people, it's not just for me, or just for you, or just for the other guy

The MC's job stuff from the past, and what it's doing to his family, Sure. Its interesting enough, I'll give you that.
But I fail to see how the Vespera/Strip Club stuff is needed, like at all. Legit feels like one minute I'm playing a game that's essentially "Harem on a Spaceship with some twists" which is what I would expect from a game called "Stranded in Space" Only to then get yeeted into another game that's "Harem lite in a stripclub" It really feels like to me, that you could cut that shit in half or just remove it entirely and you pretty much lose nothing in the grand scheme of anything that you're talking about.
It's just my opinion obviously and if most like it, they like it and that's fine. It just does nothing for me, and now everytime I go back to either of them, I just end up zoning out until it's over.

That's what the uncovered memories are supposed to explain. And we've already seen enough, to know how he changed from the shy inexperienced guy, into a manipulative, cheating bastard. And we even saw why he wanted to change again.

I don't see why it's important to know that tho, with this much content I mean. You could literally just establish that in like 5 minutes if you feel like you had too. You don't need this complete other storyline to establish "MC had no confidence, and now he does."
Just some mentions here and there and we're done. Like I've been saying, just feels really unnecessary, boring, and drags on way too fucking long, imo. Not trying to offend anybody or upset anyone if they do like it.
I just don't.

Instead of declaring it should be removed for everyone, turn on skip unseen text in the options and use it liberally. Because your continued complainting "feels really unnecessary, boring, and drags on way too fucking long".

Repeating yourself ad nauseum isn't necessary, you haven't done anything egregious so I don't wanna use up one of my limited ignore slots. As far as I'm aware their is no rule you're breaking.

Ah okay, if it's too negative and same samey mb. I do really like this game. And I just wanted to gauge some others opinions on stuff after asking. Let's throw some other random opinions in there instead then to change it up, cus why not.

That is what I'm doing every time Kasumi show up... the fact that I'm forced to keep interacting with her on figuring out what is going on (she would NEVER be one of my two choices!) is a huge drag and potential reason to abandon the game alltogether.
I really wish this is a sandbox instead of VN so I could choose which girls to interact with and which to ignore...
