No, it's good. IMHO, some people are just able to complain at a level I've never seen anywhere else. They must be real connoisseurs, so kudos to them.

Probably because last 2 updates are complete opposite of what made this game good. Previously it had near perfect balance between story and adult content, not to mention relationship with girls was far better paced. Last two updates, the LI people were following for almost 2 years, have been degraded to regular bimbos, suddenly losing all control and character because pervy elf revealed his magic wand. So yes, people might complain and they have every right to do so.

Choice to battle or not battle Athena is a lie. The game obviously wants you to fight Athena hence the illogical punishment for the town and the affection points for one of the LI. So I decided to not fight Athena to see if next time she show's up she would be less mad at me as I didn't fighter. Wail Athena's choice of punishment is weird I too believed the town deserved to be punished and as for her arrogant attitude... We are in medieval ages Kings, Lords, High Priests and Nobles where the same.

You're right, we should definitely pile on the praise and reward the dev for making the last two updates way lower quality rush jobs compared to the majority of the preceding content in the game.

Second most recent update was a rush job but it was still good. Most recent update might be my favourite one. Not Flynn's fault that people have different expectations than the game he wants to make. People getting triggered that these women who've spent weeks living with an incubus and most of them fooling around with him are getting corrupted are past bordering on ridiculous at this point. Might as well either move on or get used to it because logically the stronger the MC gets the stronger the effect is gonna be.
It's pretty clear from following this thread that a whole lot of people are not happy about the sudden out-of-fucking-no-where unexpected jumps to sex scenes. That's not like someone saying "oh this isn't my type of kink" it's more like, do a complete job and don't half-ass it. It's also a big divergence from how the game was up until the last two releases hit. It's a VN dude, not a porn magazine. The story is very important to many of us. Another big change is that suddenly the LIs have near permanent ahegao face, whereas before it was sprinkled in.
Initially there was a lot of relationship building and getting to know the characters, and slowly building up to sex. He put a lot of work into the game initially, but suddenly has become too busy or distracted to devote adequate time to it. And/or, he's rushing out releases because his subs keep leveling off / unsubbing after they get the latest release. That much is painfully obvious. The dev has, as of this moment, a whopping.... 263 subscribers on Patreon. Maybe, and I'm just spitballing here, but maybe, he should put more time and effort into the game.
The main thing I have expressed in the thread that is purely just my opinion (but again one that many others clearly share based on comments and reactions,) is that having the girls scream cheesy 70s porno lines out during sex, is not a good thing. I get that you disagree. I am guessing that is why you feel the need to follow me around like a puppy dog and argue vehemently against every post I make in the thread. I'm not really that surprised that my opinion isn't the same as someone who goes by the moniker "mommy's butt slut."

He's been on Patreon for I believe 3 updates now. With how brutally saturated harem games are atm I don't think too many devs are doing that well in the same time frame.

I dont think people have a problem with the characters having sex, maybe besides Tamara, its more the delivery. In my opinion, random jumps to sex arent really that appealing, they can be good when used well, but personally I think the build up and foreplay before sex is just as important, in both story telling and hotness. just my opinion though, I still really like the game

This update I wouldn't agree. Like Tamara already had voodoo sex with the MC, it didn't really come out of nowhere. Tensions were pretty well at its peak between her and MC. Tor scene was built up properly. The Sierra Gabby threesome was built up properly. The Stephanie scene was built up properly and Candy's already well established as one of MC's girls. Misty Hailey scene was pretty peak. If anything it was kinda weird that Hailey ran out when she's already blown the MC the previous update, guessing she didn't trust herself to not go further or something.
So honestly, I think all the sex scenes this update were built up properly. Even then it's not like the spontaneous sex stuff just popped up the previous update either, it's just it was more usually side characters who did it. So I'm kinda ignoring those complaints and more focusing on the people getting triggered over anime women having ahegao face while they're being fucked by a literal sex god.
Everyone who I said the scene was built up properly he has an existing sexual relationship with. They don't need to affirm their consent 52 times before every scene. Gabby and Sierra were waiting for him so they could bang, Tor asked him to fuck her like he does Candy, Stephanie was teasing him and they fooled around a bit first. That's a realistic amount of build up for an already well established sexual relationship.
