The game is great. Been following it since day 1. Good writing, great models and animations and a very interesting story.

I imagine they will, and they already have to an extent: in the most recent update, if you choose to fight athena then you save Lumi, but Mercury dies. If you walk away, Lumi dies (I think), and mercury lives.

I cant remember if we actually see Lumi die or not, when you choose to fight we see mercury explode, then see her dead body after, but I am pretty sure we dont see what happens to Lumi, so there is a chance he comes back (probably not, though). Also, remember that mercury, while she is alive, has been turned into a fury by Athena, so its hard to know if we will ever get her to be loyal to us, my guess is probably not.
Yeah, it's not showed what happens with Lumi, but he most likley got killed. Tbh, I stopped giving a fuck about Mercury the moment she became a fury.

If you didn't fight Athena the first time then you can negotiate and keep both of them alive. You can also cheat it with URM but I don't believe that helps for people playing on android as I'm pretty sure you do. If you know where your save directory is then you could use a save editor to change your against_athena value to 9 on

I might just have to wait til the game's done and there's better understanding of all the variables. Not fighting her seems "wrong' to me, but maybe it's the "best" choice.
Ya not fighting her in the town of the faceless god seems fucked to me, and not fighting her in the brothel town seems fucked to me but it seems that it's a case of doing the right thing has consequences. I'm running 2 saves personally, one where I fight her at the brothel town and one where I cheated to negotiate with her there.
Plus who knows if Mercury will even end up as a sub LI. If she doesn't then I'd rather have the entirely innocent Lumi live over the girl who'd already died once and ended up becoming basically a serial killer. Hell if Mercury had just made the choice to not enforce the fake curse just once against Lumi then none of the shit from the ending there would've happened.
There's also the issue that we just don't really know Athena. Like it's not right to be punishing people generations after the offense like she is but her motivations for everything have been justifiable to the generation she puts the two "curses" on. Then there's also her background. She isn't inherently evil, she's just been pretty well abused by her dad and more or less groomed and then abandoned by the MC's dad. I suspect that even if opposing her feels like the right thing atm it's going to rob her of the chance for redemption down the line. Still, at the moment she's doing objectively evil things, aligning with objectively evil people and entities and violently defending structures of unjustified oppression.

Yeah. Even if the outcome would give you now the option to negotiate, no fighting Athena in the town of the faceless god seems wrong to me too.
Not all of them tho. I hope we get to met Artemis in person.

Wow dude Flynn974 started season 2, in terms of scenes you really surprised me! Just finished the update and it was interesting and intense!
Also for some reason I like Mc's relationship with these cunning and jealous cuties, it's always great to watch them fight
