that is quite the swimmer body he is rocking. a bit on the large size for a swimmer at that. search for swimmer body and you will see some a little wider than him, but others slimmer than him.
To each their own on how they feel about a character but I am surprised you use solo leveling as an example of being bad. I just recently binged the WN and I watched the anime I personally liked it but the reason I am surprised isn't that cause I tend to be a lenient grader but because like everyone I talk to raves like it's the greatest source material out there.
As for how young or old he looks I feel like first off the guy still isn't that old in general it hasn't been super long since the beginning of the story and hell I was being carded (people thinking I was like 17) when I was in my early 30s granted late 30s hit me hard but people age way differently not only that but if his race ages slower like elves are known for (I know he isn't an elf please don't come at me with this) then even if the story is further than it seems he wouldn't look much older, but if I remember right even with all the stuff that has happened in the story a full year hasn't even passed. Heck last time I remember hearing about time I don't think 2 months had passed since he went to the village.
Overall I really enjoyed this game so far I binged pretty much the whole thing in 4 days. My only big complaint is that there was no true follow up (yet) with Anabelle.

Last thing I am sort of curious if I missed or if it will be talked about more but, are basically all the gods dicks. From the start we know that at least a handful are petty as fuck and don't know what true punishment for something is, but we get the Artemis situation super early in the game yet it really is only speculated at why she might have helped and never talked about. I image we will get a bit more about her in the upcoming release, but I guess I am hoping to find out that it's only a handful of gods that are petty and not the whole bunch. Granted this is just my selfish thoughts on the gods.
Anyways again I really enjoyed your content so far and can't wait to have more . I loved the eternum S/O in the game. It's kind of funny cause when they said the girl looked familiar I hadn't quite put it together but then I seen the father and I was like yup lmao sure enough a few clicks later it straight tells us who they are

This game is pretty damn good as I finished my first playthru. It deserves much more votes. The early game is a bit rough, but I can see the quality improves gradually from one chapter after another. However, some chracters' buildup can be done better. For example, the Annie sex scene at end of Season 1 starts and ends too abruptly, considering how much she is teased from beginning to end. Tbh, I think that scene should be expanded much more bcuz it's an important moment for this character, not some random quickie in the tavern, but I guess Season 1 is done.

The visuals in this game are fairly good, but there's something going on with the shadows / black level (oversimplified explanation is: the shadows are too dark). The MC's skin particularly is way too shiny all the time, needs to have the roughness increased. This is on the same engine as Eternum, so I'd recommend referencing some of the visuals from there.
For example, this sneak peak. Sky is overexposed, but the town and terrain has horrible almost completely dark spots - In the middle of the day. The back of the mc's head is particularly bad also.

I have a theory that the more this guy uses his magic fuckpowers, the taller and buffer he seems to get. By the end of the second season he is going to be 7 feet tall, build like a lumberjack, with a cock like a baseball bat, and he's going to absolutely pummel all of the little spinner LIs into happy, messy, terribly sore little puddings.

I'm a bit conflicted with this game...
Long story short : end of S1 is rushed in the relationship between char, it made me drop the game, and it hit hard, 'cause I really liked the game... I mean, beginning was "cute-ish" as in "the very first step of a game" story-wise & render-wise (use of the basics map "plainly", etc.) but writing was good enough to follow with decent amount of humor. Then, as the story progress, so did dev's experience with the engine, and the story felt more and more better, as well as the scene, renders and so on, and so forth. After 2 story arc, which were awesome and let me in awe and craving for more, unfortunately, "it went downhill".
... Well, to be honest, it's a bit of a stretch. "It wasn't up to the standards the game made me expect a this point". Story was still interesting, scene were great, sure... But there were almost no real connection between them, as if all of that was ready to serve, but some rushing matter made the dev cram it inside "because it needed to be finished" or something... Stats, as almost negligible they were before, made no sense at all, because you'll be fucking the girls anyway before closing the chapter, or something along the line.
And... Well, it has been like, 2 months by now ? IDK, but I can't forget this game, it feels like a breakup with a friend/lover because of a misunderstanding, some mistake and lack of effort from both side to patch up. I want to understand "Why ?", not to be judgmental, but to understand whatever reason there is, and to try to make peace with a somewhat lacking end of chapter 1 to, maybe, re-read the game and continue to enjoy it, because it's clearly worth it, but I can't really get over with for now...
Sorry for the renting, the game is good, on many layers, by itself, and by the feeling it convey from watching a person growth and being better with time. Whatever result from this post, I sincerely wish you all the best <3

IIRC early leaks resulting in the absence of the usual influx of patreon supporters with updates and dev struggling to make ends meet resulted in the project being almost canceled because dev would have had to go for a stable income instead of this. There are more factors playing into this and I am simplifying, but the gist of it was, as you very accurately put it...
or else it might not have seen the next update at all.
There was also some extensive criticism (and of course hate because people on the internet are dipshits by nature) because of points you mentioned and more. S2Ch1 had some issues in that regard as well. But Flynn has been quite active in working through that mud, so don't loose hope too quickly. This still has very good chances of coming around. Trust in the process, it's not like being on a pirate site is gonna cost you anything in that regard anyway
So maybe just see what the reactions to the next update are and then make your decision with that knowledge.

I'll surely give the game another go, would be a shame to dismiss a game because the dev did it best despite the hard times. The more so when the game was this good & fun.
You're not imagining it, it's taken a big turn since ch. 11. Ultimately it seems pretty clear the dev is just rushing through it at this point and not putting the same level of attention and planning into each release. I was a huge fan of this until Ch. 12 hit. At this point it's like two completely different games. I hate to say it but I doubt we are going to see a return to how good it was earlier on.

"A big turn" is a huge stretch. These last two updates haven't been as good as the previous ones for sure, but it's not bad, and certainly nothing like the first 1-3 chapters of this game.
The dev released so many amazing updates for this game that when he releases a good update it's considered bad. Get a grip
Your evidence for this claim is two slightly subpar updates.
Translation: "I really liked this story until it took one mistep and now I spend my days complaining to other people who like the story"
Why? People like you are so negative for no reason, if you dont like the game anymore cant you just leave?
Flynn has proven before that he can improve his craft, the evidence for this is in this game, the first 1-3 chapters arent really that good (not bad either), and it quickly picks up and becomes one of the better VNs on the market. I have faith that Flynn will find his stride once again
