Learn how to use python if you want to run it. Otherwise just use the mega folder, it's the scripts output.

Is it only me or devs really overdid the graphics? Like, i dont want to see THAT hi definition and texture of skin, veins, hair and wrinkles. Realism isnt necessary good by it self.

Doesn't bother me ive seen more realstic ones this game yeah it's high quality but it's nothing so realistic looking that it feels real to me. But I get what you are saying I dislike that cyberpunk realism graphic mod / showcase cause it stops feeling like a game to me
