For anyone who want to speed up a little bit, use any text editor to edit the html file and go to line 2023, here you can change your name, money, reputation, stats...

As long as you don't edit rank or quest events!!! You can also scroll down and edit relationship with the girls if you want.
You'll break the game if you edit rank/quests and possibly hard lock your game.

Also, this will only work if you restart your game. If you already have progress, the game will use your saved data.

We need an cheat mod asap!
I'll think about it~

This reply may be awkward as it was translated using a machine translation.

This has been a concern for some time, but the battle system isn't like other game genres like Tsukur or RPGs, with their diverse skills. Instead, it's a game of rock-paper-scissors and luck. Why bother tying it up so tightly within the storyline? A related reply suggested equipping Akane potions, etc.
Then, it would be nice if you could add a button that allows you to purchase multiple Akane potions, or multiples of them, rather than just one.
Honestly, if you're at a certain level (your character's combat level), it's better to just one-click the text to access the story. Of course, I know cheats or editing make it easier, but I'm disappointed that my fingers have been clicking relentlessly in the original game.

Conclusion... While the text-based story progression during the battle system is good,
the stressful rerolling (leaving it to luck) of the battle clicks needs to be revised and reviewed. I hope....

You can turn off purchase notifications on the right side so you can spam click potions. As for the combat, it's a feature I added when I was just learning how to use Twine. It's one of the reasons why I'm moving the story into a new game. So, although the battle won't be improving in this game, I'll rework it on the next game, which is a sequel.

I'm just not skilled enough nor willing enough to fix the combat in Street Hero because I'd have to uproot the entire system (potentially causing bugs specially if a user uses an existing save file).

That said, I will address it. Just not in this game.

Still, thank you for letting me know how to reduce the two clicks and one pointer movement to one click.
I'll just fill up 150 for now and go into battle.
I know it's difficult to improve the battle system, so... I'd like to ask that you reduce the frequency of battles in future updates.
Group battles are especially difficult. Rather than being difficult, it feels like a meaningless activity.

I would like to suggest with group fights, since we're fighting multiple people at once, we get to do some extra damage to be compensated for being outnumbered. otherwise, still really like this game

There are some bugs I encountered in the game. And they are related to event orders. If there is supposed to be an event chain of some sort with a girl and you do something else in between, it fucks up the order and the game forgets where you are.
It happened on Miku chain with the getting hired event. I did the something on Monday and you were supposed to talk again Wednesday. There was a free day on Tuesday and I thought, hey why not see the one scene I haven't seen with her yet on the do nothing day. Big mistake as it resets the whole chain and you have to start it from the beginning.

I think the same thing happened with Nirei after I got out of the hospital. I went to her place and did the help her unpack event which I think was an older event. Now I still have a hint about Nirei was worried about me getting hurt but there is no option to visit her place to activate it. There is also a hint about talking to Shizu (I think that's the teacher, right?) in the faculty room, as well worried about me getting hurt, but there is no option there. Again I expect some event order bugging it out.

Except for that, I want to say that the fact you have to do all the event with all the girls in a certain order to progress is very annoying. You can't skip girls, you can't pick and choose. For example I use a lot of quick nav so I hadn't done Miku. That meant that I was hard stuck at some point because Yuki was "kidnapped" although she still appeared for me at the convenience store. And Haru was supposed to work there but she wasn't there. But I couldn't do anything because I hadn't even started the miku path.

While the game started strong for me, it just became a scene viewer where you have to take this extra steps in this predetermined order. No real free will, gameplay itself isn't anything interesting, the fighting get boring after a while. The rest is just moving to locations and doing stuff exactly as predetermined. The scenes themselves are also playing in mostly the same way so I find myself trying to get through some of them as fast as possible, to see if there is anything interesting after it all.

I read something about the next game. I suggest you
1. give more free agency to the player.
2. make the gameplay itself more interesting.
3. vary the scenes more (not sure how yet, but most of them do play out in the same way, it gets boring).

P.S.
I am at the school council storyline after the hospital injury from the car running over you. Not sure how much more content is after that. Not sure if I will have the patience to keep going with this game. I did see some potential in it and thought I'ld give my feedback here in case it helps.

I did consider this but the alternative is to let people miss out on their "worried" scenes if they haven't progressed enough. I added these scenes because I wanted the characters to move with the events. Shin got injured so they should be worried regardless of their involvement to the event. As for why I added injury to begin with, well Akane is a doctor and her scenes where she was a doctor required you to be injured. Heck, I cheated the second half of the story because the other medical related clip I got was her as a nurse, not a doctor lmao So at the end of the day, I just chose not to overthink it.

As for Shizu, she's only at the faculty room during lunch.

Still, you're right, which is why I ended the game early. (I already released v0.8 for supporters and the next release after that is the final one)
The problem with this game is I related the girls too closely to the main storyline. The stories of the girls influenced the main story, it should have been the other way around. I got a comment early on that said the main story isn't moving lol

That's what I want to correct in the sequel.

It's clear that I gave up on a true sandbox experience when I decided to make a new game. Which is also why there are characters who don't get pay off like Erika, Marika, Anzu and Rio. I'll do my best to make it more interesting in the next one.

I installed everything after the fix was already available as a file. I thought that the fix would be included already in the main download. (I did download the compressed version as the other one was way to big).

I understood the hospitalization part. Sometimes you are limited by the scenes. It does feel weird in the story though that they don't interact at all outside of the hospital. Does she not have scenes in normal clothes?

Glad to hear about the new game. A true sandbox is very hard to do right. I think you also need to decide what the gameplay is. In visual novels the gameplay is made out of the choices one makes that influence how the story goes. In a more free to roam around game the gameplay is made up of other elements. In your case, the real gameplay is the fighting which gets boring. Nothing else requires any input from the user. I think it's why it starts to feel like a scene viewer more than anything else. Which means the story and dialogue would have to carry everything or one could just watch the porn movies instead. That means you either needs more gameplay elements or you need to add choices (dialogue and otherwise) that matter. So that we, the players, feel like what we do in the game matters. I would also recommend adding options for people to ignore/stay friends with most of the girls. In case someone doesn't like a particular one (for example for me miku is meh) they can ignore her/be friends to progress the story but not have to skip through her scenes.

I would also like to say that the story where all the girls fall so fast in love with him and willing to put up with a harem feels forced. Maybe find a way around it in the second game (unfortunately not sure what that solution is). In other games, the setting is set up that a harem is not so weird (planet where sex is normalized, sex trafficking worlds and other stuff like that) but for normal girls like here, it feels a little forced.

Miku is like the best girl, you've never been more wrong.
Tastes disagreement aside, what you're describing is multiple routes. I will touch on that on the next game. I did try it out on this game (Erika's route) and decided to move it to the next game. However, my sentiment is if you reject a girl, the storyline for that girl stops. You will miss out on scenes if you reject her.

As for the harems, I've learned to just accept the absurdism of the community. I've had plenty of conversations with my playerbase on discord. Let me run an experiment lmao

To add on why I wrote it that way:
It's just too absurd to me so I don't really know how to effectively write it as well. I usually add real life experiences in my writing and believe it or not, I've never had a harem HAHAHA at the same time, I just can't believe that each girl doesn't know about the other girls. It's just too improbable to me. So much so that it makes more sense to me that they agreed to join the harem because there are people out there who willingly indulge in affairs. It's not that unbelievable to think a woman is willing to share

Depends. If I find a pregnancy clip for one of the characters then why not?

That would likely result in a "no" in the long run, pregnant clips of real porn are very hard to come by
That is, unless you tap into the art of photoshop or image generation AIs

I'm not above image generation using AI since I do use it, but I wouldn't know how to make that work. Now that I think about it, the timeline won't work. Even if the player gets someone pregnant, it would take months of in game time for the girl to have a bump.

Like, would the idea of the girl being pregnant be enough to satisfy the kink? Or would you have to see the bump?
I guess it would also mess with future plans. I had a talk with my supporters on discord and they like my idea for a sequel.

Unfortunately, the group battles were so difficult that I couldn't win even after trying so many times, which forced me to give up on this game that I had always admired.

it's not the group battle, your level is too low. You have a 90-level difference with Akagi. Here, I boosted your level and beat Akagi for you. I'll add an exp cheat next update haha

1758428183206.png

(By next update, I meant Final Update since I already released v0.8 for supporters)

For group battles, the strategy is you just count. If there are more attackers than defenders, you redirect. If there are more defenders, you counter. You attack one by one if there are only like 3 and you're sure you can beat them on that attack.

You only take half damage when you redirect so it's perfect when there are a lot of attackers. Defenders don't deal damage so if there aren't a lot of attackers, you should counter to deal more damage to attackers. Then you can start picking them off one by one after.
