Thanks for replying, is there an easier way to enable taboos? I thought I did when I deleted the words in the config, but they're still in my game

Doing this enables all the taboos. Although I don't think I did it 'right', it does work.

Can you use more than 12 images for a girl? Can you for example use multiple swimsuits that have a different "revealing values" or does that not work?

Not at this time. I had to put a limit at some point. If there's demand for it I may come up with a way to create alternate images but no plans to do so at this time.

Does Energy or the energy decay for work decrease for your employees with endurance?

If it does, can you allow "training" of endurance or any other secondary stats through employee training? Not just the primary work stat?

Endurance controls the max energy, which is what you get after you sleep. The higher the endurance, the more energy they will have and the more stuff they can do in a day. You can train up your endurance by working out (doing cardio better) or running in the park. You can gift a gym membership to others to help them raise their endurance and thus energy. (If you do that make sure they also like working out or otherwise they won't do it).

Playing this a few hours, the employee UI is one of my most annoying gripes. I wish there was more information on what was causing employee unhappiness and by how much? I can't tell how valuable changing employee opinion about work is or regarding their hours?

Also a spreadsheet based ui allowing me to hire additional workers to swap workers in and out to keep employee happiness/energy up would be a godsend, better for visibility as well.

Any additional information about the business (ideally better organized) would be appreciated. Any way to find out how high the pricing can be without the vague drop in sales. If you want to keep it vague, maybe allowing owner to ask employee about customer opinion? They would be complaining that it's too expensive or something right? Or they'd be able to see trends working for so long?

Many employees will be unhappy most of the time, just like in real life. If they are greedy, pay them more. Tell them they are doing a good job helps too. Changing them from one job to another also makes them happy for a while.

And yes, the workings of the club needs better feedback. Will get it done at some point.

Took me ages to get a bartender. Even the interviews my sister organized got called off. Overall the pace of the game is way too slow imo...

First community image, awesome! Anyway, yes, the start of the game is a bit slow. Part of that is by design so that later on when there's a lot more stuff to do you have time to do it all. And yes, I realize that sometimes getting the first bartender is tricky. I know no one wants to hire a dude, but sometimes you have to just to get started. You can fire his ass in a month after you had time to find someone better. Or you can have the game have more people early on. Add this line to the user_config.dat:

That's the base number of characters the game starts with (not counting the club owners, commissioners and other fixed characters). 18 is the default, setting it to 20 adds 2 more characters. Setting it to 25 adds 7 more than normal.

The new thing where characters ask you to confirm or deny a rumor happens way too often, and there's also a problem with it where it can trigger in the middle of another event which then cancels the previous event.

It would be nice, when an employee quits, if there were options to try to convince them to stay.

Another thing that I'd like to see is if you could convince your employee to have sex with you during the lap/private dance or massage.

Also, I wish you could call one of your employees to your office because when you get to the point where your club is pretty much always open it can be tricky to do anything in private with one of your employees. There could even be some special interactions added there eventually.

I totally get the rumor spam. Right now its set to like 55% of the time someone hears something that they will ask you about it. I will look at it canceling an on-going event.

Thanks for the other suggestions. The employee quitting I'd love to do but that gets pretty messy which is why it hasn't been done yet.

You probably did but did it on the config.dat file which is overwritten when you download a game update. To avoid that, you should do it on the user_config.dat file, by adding this line:

Why does it have to be men? There is no game play reason for it. Females can run the clubs and compete for employees. Females can vote on bills. Females can date each other. There is absolutely no need to have other men in the game.

I get some people will play this game for the men. And it is great that the option is there for them. Enjoy your meat sticks, boys and/or girls. I'm way too much of a pervert to judge you for your viewing pleasures

But I am here for the women.

I 100% ignore every man in this game. I don't talk to them or interact with them in any way because I am not interested in them. Every spot a male takes is a spot a female can't. Less females is less fun (for me).



tl/dr: I'm not saying the default you have set is 'wrong'. I'm asking how I can override it because it is wrong for me.

That ends up being a lot of editing. I went through and changed quite a few on .4b and it was a chore. I'd really like a simple and permanent option.

I don't really understand this because if you have changed their opinions that they love that type of work, they should realistically be happy working it as long as they aren't overworked. It's a weird solution to have the owner changing the position of the workers because it requires positions being open in multiple roles and having them trained in multiple roles.

It makes more sense for the "overworked" penalty to be higher and for the situation to be resolved through lowering work hours which can be made more understandable with being able to have multiple people work different shifts at different hours.

Or have a "recreation" building that workers can take breaks in that possibly "negates" or "reduces" the penalty.

You can play as a female, bur the reason I haven't put a tag for it is that the content for that situation is lacking, particularly when it comes to same-sex relationships. And attempts at playing like that are surely to be disappointing. The main goal for the next version however will be to fix this and make the game more compelling when played with a female MC.

Ohh i see, I was kind of hoped for that. When i opened the genre tabs, and didn't seen any planned genre, it made me question if there will be any.

It's refreshing to see, there's a game where our character isn't just a victim!

ok now that ive fully played the game i have a few suggestions

1 the events need to not skip time (not all of them, some should) or be ignorable so as to not skip time/ruin rep. once you start knowing alot of people those pop ups are unending and have you sometime skip days of content. i understand the busy works needed but dude i need to do other things and telling them to fuck of wrecks my rep with them

2. we need a staff lounge. i could never quite get the staff energy issue solved on higher levels. yes the office helps but we need somewhere for them to be able to go and rest withought needing to work themselves to the bone to skip a day of work. if not that split shifts would help. be able to assign people time of work or day of work. you can already higher more then needed for a job

3 we need to be able to bribe the town coucle. it took forever to get some bills past just because they would not put them up to vote or because i had to grind a commissioners approval. i got the money let me skip the wait and bribe them for the votes i need. also sometimes it seys the commisioner is visiting and you go to talk to them but because it skiped time for travel their now gone. instead of going to them they should come to you. your going to talk buisness makes sense to do it in private not public (later on use private room)

that shit will get you sued and game taken down. stay the fuck away from it. porn stars are free game thou (its free publicity for them, unlike a celeb/public figure where it hurts their rep) just cant sell their likeness so if you ever want this game to be offical on steam or something they to will need to go. for a game like yours that doesn't require real porn just let that stuff go to the wayside. keep the game 'clean'.

A simple solution to the start is to be able to open your club regardless of staff, you can work behind the bar once you have staff? No, you can work behind the bar full stop, it's your club and therefore in your best interest to get stuck in, then rather than waiting for applications, girls can visit your club and ask if you have any jobs going or that they saw your add in the paper. It's a win win situation, your club is open and you get to pick and choose your opening girls, give them an on the spot trial shift with you and evaluate their performance,, simple as that, a real life action and you get your girl....But only if you work for it!!

There is, you can't change your physical attributes, but you could change their minds! Just convince them that your features are peak masculinity/femininity an watch the attraction number go up!

OMG, I can't imagine playing like that. The current date and time are shown in the bottom of the screen. Maybe the game window is too big for your screen? Can you try resizing to see if you see it? I can't think of any other reason why it wouldn't show.

While this is true for the date itself it doesnt mean a lot since there is no telling which weekday it is
May i suggest cleaning up the UI a bit for that purpose? You have lots of room in the upper top right. Reduce the current symbols there slightly in size and add a static time, date, month right there. The UI is my biggest concern currently. I like the mechanics and the rest so far


Loads of space right there. Either reduce the symbols a bit or at least reduce the font size for the numbers thus compressing the current symbols into a single line. Use the free'd up space to insert the date information including time of the day

P.S. May i ask why there is no way to directly link to the contacts individual data as you get when clicking on yourself and then clicking on contacts there? This seems like an oversight to me as it makes thinks unnecessary complicated to get to. Scratch that part as I just by accident clicked on the picture in that list and ended where i wanted to. Maybe extend it to the entire highlighted row please?

There's no "poly" specific opinion, for now it's modeled using the Cheating and Casual Sex opinions. Increase those and they will be more willing to do other things.

Maybe when we use the "Ask for Relationship" interaction, there could be choices to define the kind of relationship we want: a "normal" relationship, open relationship, sexfriends, harem, etc.

There could be different events based on the kind of relationship you have and for the harem there could even be ranks/positions within the harem with events related to them.

Then there could be a new law that allows characters to have multiple wives/husbands or with the taboo setting a law that lets you marry your relatives.

You can make all the random characters in the game female by adding this line to the user_config.dat file:

female_probability float 1.00

You will still get men in the game, as some characters are created for specific purposes (like a boyfriend for a girl) and there are certain jobs that have their own ratios independent of that value.

I agree that there needs to be more ways to increase their happiness. And just checked and while liking their job affects their willingness to take a job, it doesn't affect their happiness once they take a job, so that's obviously an oversight that will get fixed.
That said, if the job is too lewd for them they will be unhappy. In general stay away with anyone with a lewdness value below 0 for bartender/waitress or below 25 for the entertainer jobs. In the future there will be a more direct way to increase their lewdness to address that issue.

Number of shifts/being overworked is not a factor because there's not a good way to manage their hours yet. Eventually it will be.

Thanks for your well thought out feedback. I do have a couple of follow ups.

1. Most events that are not initiated by the MC should not pass time, other than scheduled events such as interviews and dates that the MC is somewhat in control of. The normal interruptions for the most part shouldn't do this. A make out session started by someone else does, but that's the only one I can think of that should do it. If you have some specific ones that are doing this let me know which so I can fix them.

2. Managing workers shifts is in the plan. Right now workers can work 90+ hours/week which is insane. A staff lounge seems like a great idea however. I'll look into that.

3. You can bribe the commissioners. I understand that you can get bad roll and get 4 commissioners with high honor and low lewdness and then you are stuck. They won't pass any law after dancers allowed and you are screwed. Working on a fix for that to allow the replacement of commissioners. Happened to me on my last play test and it was very frustrating.

6. If you hire away the gym or coffee shop worker, they should be replaced? The AI clubs are constantly doing this and I've never seen them not be replaced. But I'll take a closer look.
