On the subject of inventory management, something is amiss. I've mentioned the issue recently, how two people can't keep it covered. Punishment system is ineffective, at best. So I reduced it to a single manager, and made that her only damned job.
Result? I watched alcohol drop to a low level, and waited to see what would happen. Saw a notification that over $21,000 was spent on alcohol one evening, and assumed that meant she made the purchase. Cool. Next morning, however, I am at 0 alcohol, and she needs to be punished. I made it severe, and she quit.
From now on, I will manage my own inventory until this is smoothed out.
