Leader is hardcoded until you replace her. As for friend. It's a grind and a half. Several opinions on both frienbd and spouse to get the ball rolling. So essentially.... just keep at it.

You also get a quest to follow the husband around and catch him cheating if you are lucky I know this because thats what I do when I play it

There's nothing wrong with going on a date with your sister. "Date" in this context just means going to lunch or whatever. It doesn't mean that it was romantic much less sexual in nature. But your question yes, that's handled. Every gossip has a minimum opinion to share value so someone only shares a gossip with people they like at least that much. For example, for the "date" gossip, someone will share that with people that they have an opinion of 10 or higher. But something like "stole" which is what one gets when they steal money from the club they work at, they will only share it with people they have an opinion of 90 at least. As the MC you don't have the ability to share specific gossips (the UI would be too messy so that's not an option).

That said, more dialog around the size of someone penis during sex would be welcome. There's some the first time someone sees someone naked but that's about it. It having a bigger impact during sex is something that could be added (unlike the pussy tightness which would be much more complicated to add now).
I wouldn't say she's hardcoded. She's given a very high willpower which makes getting her to change very difficult. She also starts with low lewdness but that's more manageable. Take over the cult and after a while you will be able to get her to join via the gambling method (her willpower will be to high to convince her otherwise) and she probably won't like to gamble either so you may have to talk her into that first.

I had thought about it, if a women is accustomed to an average size male then having sex with a larger man could instead force the sex skill into the negatives, as it seems to say it is bad, good or otherwise, also add that text to threesomes, make it have significant impact for example, you are in a threesome if you have sex with a women after she has sex with a guy with a huge penis, it should feel good afterwords, it honestly would feel really bad, if he could even feel it at all, i guess my pet peeve is the fact that after you get your girl ran through by a dozen horse dicks, it still says it feels good or amazing.....which for me ruins the depth of immersion for me, maybe even add lust afterwords, who knows, i have had lots of thoughts on it as you can tell lmao
Apart from what others have said (in Germany we have a proverb "It's the tone that makes the music" - you want to avoid phrases like "deperately needs"): the UI looks clunky, but it is one of the most powerful and useful UIs I have seen in a sandbox game. Once you understand it, everything you want is only two clicks away.

I am still wondering how efficient "FO" is however, since it will take a couple of times until the other side accepts it usually, will it save as many tries? (1) You can just delete the file sets you don't like. That some people are ugly is intentional (as Fluke stated), but yeah, some images have weird angles or similar. However, having played this for dozens of hours, it makes them recognizable and adds to their charm in the long run.
Yeah, texts could do with some spicing up, especially during sex. I would love for characters to moan and scream names and obscenities, have their legs shake and cry "you're too
the games have completely different systems, the scenes in lab rats are formed through sprites with some manipulation. creating a new sex position in lab rats would be creating a position for one person, and manipulate the body sizes and color and maybe few other stuff to be used with other characters. but in this game, you have to create an actual image for every character, which is a pain in the ass on one hand, and also impossible due to the AI's current limitations.
It's weird, and probably depends on attraction, opinion of me, opinions in general, looseness, or me savescumming a lot, but in the only save where I managed to "hate following orders" and "love leading others" I found it much, much easier to change someone's opinion to "likes following orders".
We are going to need a lot more info here.
