you should read the tags, it's a dating sim/management game with cg and not 3d.

the key does open the console and you can set the key you want in the settings so its you that is having an issue not the game

If you want yeah in the saves which can be easily edited in notepad or notepad ++
ctrl + F search persons name be careful though as they cant be set under 18 and if you set the age too low you will not be able to employ people to do certain jobs
How are the people in the community generating the AI images? Is it like blender with AI assistance or something to generate the photos? Im terrible at actual art, but with AI, I feel like I have a chance to start up a project for my own files. This game would also be amazing for that.

On a PC you can create AI images for free using "Stable Diffusion" if you meet the minimum requirements for stable diffusion, but of course if someone wants to do it, the better your graphics card the better for you because it will be faster to create these AI images.

Try this game long ago, it has potential, but I have zero idea what am I doing, can someone give a quick run down on it? All I remember is just talking to everyone I see, and zero clue what to do from there.

It's a manager game first, and a lewd game second. So the first many many turns, you're trying to make your company run. Meaning covering shifts, don't overextend on quality or expansion. Try to hire cheap. So since you only open up after 1 bartender, well.... Evenings cover the second bartender slot, night, maintenance, so you can sleep a late night. And then build on from there. Try to meet some of the commisioners, by going to town hall during the day, and influence them to have more open hours. Make sure to keep up on library. AND IGNORE THE HOES! They are a time and money sink. When you get free time, improve physique by swimming at beach or running in park. You need the stamina and health.
EDIT: Or cheat your ass off and get the game as easy as you want. Always an option, and I don't judge. Much.
Well that's pretty much what I'm doing back than, trying to recruit, it just I have no idea how to, I'm assuming just sweet talk them, but I remember it was wrong.

Keep the job ads up, or tell you them to apply. As for the commisioners, just keep telling them to vote for certain laws, and slowly make them see the light. It's a grind to make them be proper lewded. But that's why you have events that still require 1.5 ingame years to fire. Now you see someone you're sweet on, sure you can pursue them, but remember money and time is a finite and VERY precious resource, while you build up everything, and ladies are very fucking demanding on both if you wanna do what they want all the time. Once you start to have a bit of surplus and had 2 bartenders and you got maintence under control, think about building storage closet and kitchen. Delegate maintencance to a janitor, while doing kitchen duty yourself, or vice versa, depending on what you get applying. And then slowly slowly build up form there. Maybe another bar. See what laws you can get fixed, and if ytou get the singers early, a seating area, so you can draw in more ppl, etc.
gave up before i even got my first photo, this game keeps talking about how important time is, but there is 0 knowledge on WHAT time it is, like what the hell is even going on lol
Ok, so what is your advice if I want to start over, what should I prioritize with first? I know maintaining the business, but again how do I recruit people? I try to bribe them with higher salary they still refusing which kinda ridiculous if I should say myself lol.

Post the ads, talk to people, if they are unemployed, ask them to come in for a job interview. You can always train them up to your levels, and you slowly get more by reading books. So go to them when working, talk to the ones you do have and talk about work, and train them up. Way cheaper than trying to keep hiring ppl who'll say no anyways. Remember there is a timer on how long after they took one job, to when they might want to switch. So most wont shift job the first 2-3 months of ingame time. As they just got theirs.
