With the King_Tut mod you can change any NPC in the game, just like you can with "special characters" in the vanilla game. Of course you can't choose any image, but only the ones that reflect their physical stats (age, fitness, hair color, ethnicity...)

how do you influence politicians, i do befriend them but still they don't vote like i want too, and holding my game up. endless loop of fail voting.

Discuss laws with the commissioner ... I think it's the top option in their actions list. Then ask about current law and you can ask how they're going to vote on it, and pick options to convince them or bribe them etc.how do you influence politicians, i do befriend them but still they don't vote like i want too, and holding my game up. endless loop of fail voting.

If you can't find a commissioner then go to city hall, and ask one of the workers if you can speak to a commissioner.
Also dating and having sex etc with them I think makes them more lewd and likely to vote how you want ... I think that's how it works.

Actually you can, so you might remember the surprise event that happens about a month into the game that has the obsessed character. Usually for me it generates the white girl int 18 range, and the options for those are mostly the skinny girls. I like the more curvy types. So what I do is edit the save file and change their age to 22. From here you can either use the console command to change an image or you can use the king tut mod which will now give you new images because you changed the age of the character. If you really wanted to you can also edit and change their race as well which will allow you to choose different images.

How did you get undressed? There should be a little picture of jeans in the upper right corner of the screen that you can use to change what you are wearing. If you are naked this image changes to an eggplant, if you are male, I don't know what it looks like if you choose a female mc.

can someone explain the other club owners getting a gift at then end of every month....all comp controlled bars get a version (the same amount for all but changes amount each month)
I've made a simple stamina cheat, based on the cheat file that I found some time ago here. I just cleaned it, removed other features and updated to work on this version. All credit goes to the good sir who created the previous file, I've just updated it.

Here's what I do: as soon as the message about the next commission vote appears, I go to the city hall, interact with the civil servant (City Hall Info) and check the results of the vote. I take note of the commissioners who abstained/voted for another law and go for "I'd like to meet a commissioner". I then go "discuss laws --> talk about the law (first option)" and try "request vote" "ask vote -> business in bad shape" "ask vote --> sublte approach" for two or three times. Sooner or later, when you talk about the law (first option) they'll tell you they're leaning towards voting FOR the law.
When you have 5 commissioners telling you they're voting for the law, you can be almost certain that the law will pass.
At the beginning of the game, I also use the "know better" option, as it gives you a lot of info about them (stats + opinions).
Later, when clubs are open for more than one time period, you can often find commissioners drinking (status = loose) inside the clubs and that's when you should try and change their opinions, especially entertainment work, revealing clothes, working night shifts, working weekends... If you do that, they'll start passing laws one after another.
If you find commissioners with low willpower you can try and change their opinions right away, but meeting them when they're loose give you an higher chance of success.
I´m not total sure about it, but i think it is the same amount (close to) that you get as gifts from other players in the last month.

How do you get a girl to breakup with her partner? Can you get one to break up with the partner she's married to? I tried the whole say bad things about her partner, but it barely chips down at her like/attraction.
If you know her partner you can change their opinions to dislike the traits their partner has, also talk to the person about their relationship and choose the option to make their relationship worse on a regular basis but also you can talk to the person and make up rumors about their partner and finally if you can get the person to cheat with you and particularly if you can do it in front of their partner so you are caught all of those will lower their relationship and make it more likely to break up but it requires alot of effort. And if all else fails the quick and "easy" depending on your skill, if you can get them to gamble with you on the very high wager level you can wager that they break up with their partner if you win.

I have just started over, up to end of April I think at moment, not sure not home to check.. I pushed hard and took over SMD club at first meeting.. and used most energy on your old friend, hitting both sides when able.. it was going well.. she had like a 2 OP of him and hated all and he was the same til i started turning her into the slut character.. i believe they are now off at home banging like rabbits and the OP has improved to 30ish.. lol.. The toon I am playing as a huge CHAD and is in a equally screwed up relation with Sister.. threesomes all the time.. I push the boundaries with her every now and then with hitting and screwing girls in the same place, even putting her in the office and bring new girls there to use the drunk factor. She will break up with you eventually if she does not get enough attention.. but now i also believe she has the church girl on the weekends as I made them basically both bi..I am not sure if I need to break up her marriage at this point, as cult leader and can make her have sex with my toon. at a rep hit but it is off set mostlly.. just need to ask if you need the guy gone or not.. I have not looked too much into other married ones as most are already been with by time they get together in game with someone else

These look good, but it would be better to treat them as new sets with your own prefix, rather than reusing the scw- prefix. (Minor nitpick, I think your 582 set looks more like an f2 than an f3.)
