Sorry to Suggest this while your busy working on new updated and life stuff but , Currently i have a girl that I'm close with she got a Boyfriend but fir some reason it's like the game doesn't acknowledge him she keep asking me to be her boyfriend , is it posible to add a more immersive dialogue or something for NPC in couple to propose you to be your boyfriend and show that your becoming her cheating partner or something or at least a way that would mention their current partner thank you.

Yea, you have to edit the save file almost at the bottom where the names are, right above the pregnancy and rumors tab and change them from straight to bisexual on the sexuality when you find their ID, then go in game and make them both love incest and do the cheat for f_attr 100 or you can just edit the attraction on the save file too and voila. You basically have to cheat massively though to make them like each other, like what i explained above, save 1 is always save 0. so whatever save file you use, it's 1 number b4 that on the list.

oof, my condolences bro. You can still change the crazy student to a female if you use the save file to change their gender.
If you decide to change the crazy student to a female you have to do a few things so that things will go smoothly.
1st - You have to change their penis stat with breasts and their gender from male to female
2nd - You have to change their female attraction to male attraction
3rd - You have to change their pregnancy from false to true
4th and final - Use the cheat set_image xxx scw00xxx and you're good to go. I took a screenshot of a save file and it's still on this page a little further up if you want an example of save file editing.
