They are. I copy/paste my image packs from one to the other. I see no difference.

Well, I did what everyone always warns you NOT to do on other games, I just extracted 2.03 into my 2.02 install, and everything works fine so far.

Image packs, my settings, saves, It's all there. Maybe I got lucky...?

Maybe...The image packs wouldn't be a problem to transfer over, but the saves will say something about its on the 2.02 version. You might be fine going up a version. For me I delete everything except the character folder and the mod folder, all the other files are the important ones for the game to run correctly.

You download the game itself, the 2_03 from gofile while the other hosts only have the most recent one.
Then you download an image pack. At least one. The megapack has all the other listed ones combined. You can find extras if you search the thread.

You unpack the imagepack where they belong and do this. I don't know if the megapack is automatically detected or not but if not you'll have to add the keywords, the instruction for it lists them, into the prompt you'll see in the Options menu.

So for example if you want to use the megapack and you copied the files all you have to do is launch the game, go into Options, scroll to CHARACTERS section -> Image Modules to Use , and copy the list the megpack has.
So it would look like this:
Image Modules to Use: scw,ccw,nyb,exp,gar,dstu,lfm

If you want to add any extra imagepack you find on this thread or make one they all come with a code. You just have to add that at the end of this list (use comma to separate).
For example i use an extra and it's called tea1, it's code is tea. So my list looks like this:

TotalFluke this is about a bug I reported a couple weeks ago in the last version. The bug is still in effect. The issue when someone is pregnant the option to tell them that you won't take responsibility doesn't work. They just respond with they will take a test to prove your the father.

I'm sorry if I missed it. I know I've looked at that recently but could have been a different person reporting it. Can you provide additional details? There's a lot of different paths so the more details you can provide the better the chance of me being able to find it.

Is it just me, or is it very uncommon for NPC's to volunteer for anything but singer jobs as long as those are available? Start of the game can't find a single bartender but have 20+ people wanting to interview for singer.

Singer jobs pay much better than bartenders and waitresses so most people typically prefer those!

Yep I've got that now, a couple of my fav characters have changed and the previous image isn't available even with the mod.

Most are fine and the same ass before, but my "old fiend" a civil servant and a few others are different.

Did you also update the image packs? Sometimes those are updated and the images change. Installing a new version does not in any way change the character images.

You didn't get lucky. That's how this game is designed to be updated! (I hate the having to manually copy stuff in other games so I don't like that model).

As TF has mentioned previously, this is the reason to never edit the config.dat file. Use the in-game options menu, or make a user_config.dat file if you want to tweak a setting that's not available from the options menu.

I'm getting issues with the new version, home and work images don't always display correctly (sometimes work shows home image and vice versa) . It's not major and I can move using the map, but it throws me off now and again.

Okay so here are the screenshots of the bug I was telling you about. If you pick the 3rd option the response is supposed to be how they are not happy but you don't have to take responsibility, but what is actually happening is the result is giving you what happens if you pick the second option.

Why game does not have any renders of the MC and the girl in sexual situations? Surely, it is possible to generate the renders using AI for all the combinations?

Its possible to exchange or add sex position as a nude png but it might cause some weird things where if the girl have high lewdness there might be a sex pic in the park when she is supposed to be naked as the game is setup right now there is no possibility to have pictures as explicit sex pictures. If i where to speculate why it was not included i would say the extra work of adding said pictures as well as immersion if you play as a black person there would have to be different pictures compared to white and vice versa. With the 300+ girls we are talking at least 1200 extra pictures if we include pregnant sex.

It is where the lawyer works. If you got an court hearing, it will happen there. So technical its not a bug.
