The time estimate is not always accurate. 23 days overdue seems like a bit much but not necessarily impossible. On the Facilities screen of the Club Management it should show the progress. Is it stuck? Or has it been moving up? (This only updates once a week, so you must play at least 1 week to make sure that it's stuck).

You can go to City Hall and talk to the worker there and they will tell you what the current status is including the current law that's being voted on and when it will happen.

Did you manually edit the save file? My guess is that something got corrupted in the game and now it can't be saved. Did you get a red ! sign on the upper right? That might tell you what it is.

Sometimes women get guys names and many of the last names are in ALL CAPS. Just copy over the other file in the data folder.

Is there a way to change the MC opinions if they've somehow been set? I think, I don't know for sure, that because the MC opinion has been set to "like" marriage, it's not giving me relationship options for more than one girlfriend. In the previous game I played this never happened. Or if it's something else causing the problem can someone help me with it?

Apart from cheating, I haven't found any active way to change the MC's opinions, but there are passive ways, so to speak, e.g. when an NPC approaches the MC and try and change the MC's opinion (pretty rare occurrence), when the MC gets a check-up and the nurse try and persuade the MC to give up unhealthy habits or during cult meetings, which is probably where you got the "likes marriage" opinion.

Now that I think about it, there could be a way to change opinions, as long as you've been asked to share your opinion about the exact opposite of the opinion you want to change, e.g. you like "same ethnicity", someone asks about "different ethnicity" and you say you like it, then you'll lose "likes same ethnicity".
First of all, I don't know if it's true (I think it happens to me once, buy I may be wrong), second of all, I don't know what's the opposite of "marriage".

If I want people from the city council to want to adopt more "depraved" laws. What changes in their relationship should I change first? It probably means that your data/names.txt file got corrupted. If you still have the zip file, just grab a good one from there.

So your opinion on marriage has nothing to do with that. In fact, your opinion do not in any way prevent you from taking any action. The only effect those opinions matter is that they make it easier to convince others to change their opinion (if you are trying to change them towards yours) or harder (if you want them to have a different opinion than yours). And in some cases doing things that go against your established opinions may give you some stress.

You first question is answered in the FAQ. There's actually two questions dedicated to that. Essentially you have to find out what attributes and opinions contribute to someone wanting to vote for a law (this is given in the HELP -> Laws pages) and then you can try to change those opinions. There's factors that you can't do anything about (for example greed matters for the tax laws) but others you can try to affect.

As for the undress stuff, the lewdness is a factor as are the following opinions: attention, revealing clothing and public nudity. There's other factors, but those are the ones you can do something about.

even declining drinks will increase looseness.
So my MC passed out a few times on drinks, that I didn't even drink. :-(

In fact, my sister is the first person I had a cupcake with and she became my girlfriend, but the achievement didn't count after 4 months.
but! Is this related to the fact that I'm playing a female character? I've seen that there are some achievements for men only (which it looks like I'll never earn ), but it's listed there, but there's no in this one.

Is there a way to easily tell NPC's to leave town i heard a mobster could do it but i havent encountered them, I would like if you could tell people to leave town and maybe you have to convice them with fighting, rationality or bribes. Make it easier to do to the unemployed.

You can change the keys in options, don't forget to enable developper mode too. I personaly put it on "°)]" for small console and "+=}" for the full console. I first tried to use ² but it never opened the console. I'm on AZERTY too

Not perfect but has a lot more names. You can always restart with this file or edit your save. The latter takes an incredible amount of time.

No patreon, can't stand them. Donate your money to a worthy cause instead!

The second issue is something I need to clarify as others have complained about the same thing. You may not feel the full effects of all your drinks right away. So you have 5 or 6 or whatever, then decline one, but then it hits you and you pass out a few minutes later. It's not a bug but it's confusing.

No, it's a female char issue. That achievement is only applied during "optional" sex but because she's your GF it doesn't apply. It's to make it harder so you can't get there via a shortcut like making them your slave first or non-con or if they are a hooker. I will add a clarification.

The nonames issue is likely a corrupted data/names.txt. Get a new one from the zip file to fix it.

The game was built on a 1920x1080 ratio. I've tried to make it better to recognize different sizes but haven't had much success with it. It's one thing Unity does not make easy (or I don't know how to do it right).

At the end of the mobster story line you can hire him to make people disappear, but other than that no.

If you can't dance they say you have two left feet. She has two right feet so she should be a great dancer!
