I didn't make any console changes on this run ... i actually ran into a further issue where attempting to progress the time of day didn't work, and this time checking the console shows that when enumerating NPCs the game ran into a null pointer exception i.e. object reference set to object that does not exist (forgive my abuse of terminology, everything I know about code is self-taught).

I figured I was screwed anyway, since I couldn't get the console to actually respond to my commands, so I ended up clearing the saves and doing another run. It's okay, I enjoy the game well enough, though I never actually manage to play long enough to be offered the flat lol. Is there some way to make that event fire on command? or indeed increase the probability of other story events firing? because I end up spending a looong time waiting for interesting story events to come up

Sorry about that. I have a bunch of checks in the save game to catch and prevent those issues but obviously there's still ways it can happen. Next time it happens, if you can screen grab the error (and the few lines above it) it may help me add another check to prevent it in the future.

My red ! is always there. 1,864 issues. Most of them are character poses. My amateur contests show on the calendar but never trigger either.

You should delete and reinstall those packs. There's a ton of errors. Some of them are not issues per se but the extra errors make it harder to see the real ones. Bad images can lead to things like amateur contests and threesomes and just regular sex not working. (Although the contests should still start, so if they are not triggering that's a different issue).

Yeah I reach to the groping stage and even though I have fully undressed it keeps asking me if I want to undress. If I click yes nothing happens and if I click no it max gives me the option to grope/finger. Same thing if it is another dude he also never has sex with the girl. Then someone gets tired and the whole thing ends.

It must be that your character image is the one with a bad metadata? If you are already naked but it thinks you aren't it must not have a z-value of 9 (or higher).

I have never once in my fucking life been asked by a girl or woman to fuck me in the ass. ever and I've asked about 100 now if they ever asked anyone to fuck them in the ass ... IT DOESN"T happen. Now cow girl all the time it is form of dominance / control they like to exert, it makes them feel in charge or they can get away if they need to I guess. That happens occasionally they do that never fuck you or me in the ass. You must be around a bunch of low life's. Seems like a txt change to call that act cowgirl rather then fuck in ass .... Where would I have to go to edit that txt. Or get the king tut guy to make that an option. This part of the game is becomming extreamly annoying. Fuck me in the ass fuck you in the ass... That is bull shit. Maybe this is a tranny game or ment to be a foreign game since my only experiences are Mexico and America. AND not once in my life has any WOMAN ever asked to fuck me in the ass, and I only ever met one who prefered that over normal. I'm not talking about trannies and gays, normal women.

There's an option to turn it off if you don't like it. It doesn't work on 3somes but putting in a fix for that.

However, if you think that those that like it or engage in it are low-lifes then take that somewhere else. We can have a discussion without you shaming others for their kinks.

I use a save file to change things. I find it easier than the console.
Note the name of the char you want to change.
Save your game. Note the number of your save.
Go to game files.
open runtime.
open save_files.
open the file you saved with notepad- it will be the number -1. If you saved as save 1 it will be save 0.
Go to Edit and and click find.
type in the name of the person and click down arrow
Along the first line, after name, age, sex, ethnicity it will have their sexuality. Change it and save.

You should delete and reinstall those packs. There's a ton of errors. Some of them are not issues per se but the extra errors make it harder to see the real ones. Bad images can lead to things like amateur contests and threesomes and just regular sex not working. (Although the contests should still start, so if they are not triggering that's a different issue).

Re-installed every image pack and still happens. Not a big deal, strippers still sabotage the other clubs once in a while.

OR, even better: user_config.dat copy and paste this at the end of the file: asexual_probability float 0.00

I'm afraid you need a new save for it to take effect.

That is weird. I'll see if can find out how that could happen. You can fix it by finding the relation object in the save file and removing the "rival" entry. This is tricky to do so it may be best to just leave it as is. I don't think it hurts anything.

To clarify, if you do that, existing asexual characters will remain asexual. But no new ones will be created that way.

7 : boyfriend, girlfriend, spouse or none
8 : self (only for the same ID from and target), follower, leader or none
9 : (it looks like same as 4 but always none for self)
10 : date of a person's appearance (4320 = Morning Jan 1, 2025 / 4321 = Noon Jan 1, 2025 / etc.)
11 : attraction (it's always 0 for self)
12 : From 100 to -100 (100 = 100% interested / -100 = 100% not interested)

my greatest issue right now is birth control and the want of children. it's just not logical or persistent.

birth control taken or not changes almost every day and girls wants children despite hating children and families. I never got a positive answer to the use birth control proposal.
this part just sucks. I want pregnancy in there, since I think that it's just logical and realistic. but the birth control and the want of children is just annoying as it works now.

also it would be nice to have the option to ask if they want to have children - as long as it's more logical than the birth control mechanic. I think a partner should ask, if it's okay - and not just decide so, unless the honor and loyalty is really low. just bc this is normal human behavior. and a fling should ask for a condom (or use birth control) despite wanting children (unless it's really high), bc "I want children" does not automatically translate to "I want children and don't care who the father is"

another, but kind of similar problems: loves cum everywhere but is still annoyed that cum goes - well - anywhere. or loves non consentual and rough sex, doesn't behave like that. is submissive and likes to follow orders - but the "leader" persuation makes it more unlikely. these are just examples for unlogical reactions. and it seems to me like most of these are easily solvable via ifs

Do you have this line in your config.dat:

image_modules string exp,lfm,nyb,ofg,alm,num,ice,scw,tea,tot,gow,aik,zot,aaa,aba,htp # comma separated list of image modules to use

?

It can be shorter. You only need the names of them you have in your ...\StripClubWars2\characters folder

Open the option in the game and add tags in "Image Modules To Use" (put only tags, without numbers, that you have in the characters folder)
