Well, it's her debt that's insane. I don't know what could have caused her to be that much in debt.

There must be something wrong on my end then. Fresh install, started yet another save, checked the AI log after 7 days and all the owners do is: interact with employee, "visit random room", sleep. Occasionaly they get an health check or pregnancy check.
I even deleted the king_tut mod: same result.
I believe this also has an impact on them hiring new employees: in my other save it's August and they haven't hired a singer yet, despite the fact that they have the dressing room ready and there's a bunch of potential candidates to choose from.
I have the club policy that employees can only be in a relationship with other club staff. I employed a girl, who then started dating a guy who did not work for me, I told her it was against club policy, she protested, I eventually gave her some time to dump him or she would be fired. Then I invited her to join the cult, which she did. I then abused cult authority to demand she be celibate, which she agreed to.
When the time expired she eventually agreed to dump him, I got a message from him telling me she had dumped him, then immediately a message telling me she had broken up with him, followed immediately by a message saying I had allowed her to keep the relationship, but checking her contact sheet, she was no longer dating him.
Seems like something is in conflict here.

What's the deal with the occasional unemployed person having a salary? There's 2 NPC's in my game that are "unemployed" but make $24k/y and aren't interested in interviewing with me because they "just started a new job." Are these NPC's in a story line that is preventing them from working for the sake of the story? Or is it a bug? Or are their parents supporting them and they just like not working? I've considered just deleting their job entry in the save file, but I'm worried it might break a story line, or otherwise have repercussions in the future.

Maybe they're on welfare, you're over 50,000 in debt, you don't have a job they're interested in, you have a bad or low reputation. And then there's RNG. Try saving and reloading if that doesn't work; it often helps, especially when trying to convince people to join the cult after you take it over. You can also play with them if you have a game room (thanks to this, I have other club owners in the cult). Rates at least medium. You may not be good enough at persuasion yet, go to the library and read books to improve your skills - it helps when training employees. If you're good enough and people like you enough, you can hire employees from other clubs and have an easier time persuading commissioners to pass laws. Sorry for my poor English.

It won't affect hiring. The AI clubs don't rely on meeting people around town and offering jobs. They can do that, but it requires a lot of things to go right for that to work. Almost all of their job hires come from posting jobs and people answering them (or the game automatically creating some of the very early employees for them to help them keep up early on).
Anyway, I'll start a new game when I get a chance and see if I see that same issue. Someone else reported this on the Discord so it's not just you.
Yea it does, but I'm not sure what. There's no code that I can find for her to send a message saying that. I can't even find the message of someone saying that. So either something else is causing that message to appear in the wrong place or something else is messed up. But not sure what.
This is a bug. There was an issue a few versions ago in which people were getting a job of Unemployed. Not sure if it came back. I haven't seen it and just checked every one of my save files and there was no one like that. So no idea what could have caused this.
Start by checking the employee tab to see why they are not at work.
The main reason this hasn't been done is that it's very hard to have the AI generate images of men wearing sexy clothing. It just not good at it. (I'm not particularly motivated to generate those either so if it requires 10 tries to get a good one, it won't happen).

I must have overwritten the save that had at least one. :/
I started playing with 2.07, and I have seen it. In fact on one old save, Second Sister appeared with it. She was unemployed but had 24k salary. :/

Well, I don't know if everyone has the same reason, but I've switched employees a few times and it's always the same. Three employees in one position often have no one in two places at once. They don't take a day off, they just show up later. Anyway great game, thank you.

Every few ingame weeks it happens to me too,no hostess at the entrance.
It was talked about it on Discord aswell but we all have different activities before it happens.
There seems no plausible pattern or reason.
What i do is saving every morning(my opening is at noon) just in case.
Is there a certain way to answer the questions in the University Study Subject side quest? 
And i notice the girls they use for pictures to spike yr arousal are not a option in the main game when selecting a female image.
