Yeah, good old strat is be a dark elf druid, have a meatshield dragonkin or some such slave warrior, AOEkill everything except earth-resistant enemies.
Dragonkin can be either STR-worker or be repeatedly skinned for a lot of money (for earlygame)

I'd go with a dragonkin master (fighter) and a fairy subordinate (mage) in my most recent replay... they both can be used until the end of game this way... I know there is for example a fairy unique NPC later on but you can use more of them to rain death on your enemies at any time

I usually go with a seraph character... The Valkyrie class is really friggin strong on the frontline. Pair it up with a healer and maybe an offtank if I feel pressed.

Are main character trainings bugged atm? I cant finish Daisy's training even after 'finishing' her story... and Cali came to me with her training already 'done' but incomplete... and i cant click the redo training button.

Where do you send people to work to complete helping hand? I don't see any option on the map menu, and there's nothing at the fighter's guild.

Edit: nvm, you hit the button that says rest and it gives you tasks a character can do, helping hand is one of them.

Is there any way to raise my sexual and charm factors besides sacrificing slaves with factors higher than mine? Other factors too but I'm trying to get the Aire scene right now. Also how do I get Dragon Knight? I'm a dragonkin with the fighter class, there's two numbers by physic, one is 13 and the other 110. Is it the left number that has to be above 80? Also if a slave is weak to a certain training, does that mean it's more or less effective? Weak as in it has little effect or weak as in they are weak to it?

The only other way I know to raise your factors is to use the cheat menu.

And yes you have to get the left number above 80. The left number is your current level the right is your max.

Wiki says that some jobs can improve your factors, but it seems much more rare in the current version of the game than wiki guides suggest. I guess it means they are all badly outdated.

you are using old save.
importing old saves is not working since new variables are not attached to the old save, start a new game.

One of my children is glitched out, they still have my portrait even after finishing training. How do I fix it?

Edit: It appears to apply to every child after the first that gets assigned to slave training, not sure why.

When I open work only 5 jobs appear, but not the jobs such as "page" and "apprentice". Game also always launches in debug mode, I don't kno if it is supposed to launch like that.
I am on version 0.10.0 with no previous saves, is this a bug or did I do something wrong during installation?
I also occasionally on some launches didn't have any images on the items.

It sounds like you're running some mods, one of which may not have been installed correctly. The final directory tree for the "revamp item" mod's icons, if that's what you're using, should look like this:

Roaming > Strive for Power 2 > mods > SfC Revamp > revamp_item > icons

If you just yanked it out of the zip and stuffed it into the directory, there may be an extra layer in there, which means the mod is looking in the wrong place for item pictures.

Power is finished and fully playable, even without mods.

Conquest seems to have all the "must have" mods as base features, but is nowhere near finished. In other words, it's deeper but that "version 0.10.0" is being honest.
