Difficult/unsafe. For example, "A Struggle with Sin" has a mod, uploaded to the dev's paywalled Discord by someone who is definitely not a sockpuppet of the dev, that adds a scene where the character

It's done this way so Patreon doesn't find out about it, and if they do, it was modders. Yes, they've snooped out official DLC on here (or similar) that broke their rules, and taken action against a compliant base game.

For something modders did, no. Technically there's nothing stopping them, they just don't.
But for official extras, even if it's not available via Patreon itself, they do. They view that as a combination of "off-site conduct," and outright deceiving them about the game's content.
Which is why the SWS werewolf scene is an unofficial mod made by 3rd-party modders who just happen to not post it anywhere but the paywalled Discord server.

how do you capture slave in this game, like when we found it in the dungeon?, iirc on the previous game we only need to bring handcuffs? i forgot
You don't even need to bring handcuffs. On the dungeon screen, there is a "slaves" button that opens a list of potential slaves. Click on any of them to start a dialogue about what to do with them.
Note that the game will not let you end your turn with more slaves then you have rooms for. You'll need to sell them, give them for quests or sacrifice them for stat upgrades.

Wow blast from the past... the game changed drastically since back than... not really for the best in my opinion but maybe this will change again in the near future, based on some of the changelog stuff.
Sandbox mode has no slave you'd have to use the story mode to get it.
Just visit any of the guilds and after inquireing about them decide to join one of them.
The guild joined will determine which class your first slave can have... best choose a fighter or mage though.
Yeah, good old strat is be a dark elf druid, have a meatshield dragonkin or some such slave warrior, AOEkill everything except earth-resistant enemies.
Dragonkin can be either STR-worker or be repeatedly skinned for a lot of money (for earlygame)
