In the discussion you have with Reyna about your past, that plastic surgery thing came out of nowhere, like WTF? She basically has a perfect body, why would anyone in their right mind think she needed to have anything "done"? My estimation of MC's character took a nose dive when he suggested that.

I think it was the dev's way of trying to explain why her look changes a little. He keep updating the girls looks, and so I think that was his "in story," way to explain it. But yeah, it's a little odd,

I think it would have been better if attention wasn't brought to it, people would have chalked it up to art shift as a series went along. Like how Garfield used to look totally different. In-universe explanations are great a lot of the time, but in this case it stands out in an unnatural way that degrades part of the experience IMO.
