To get expelled you have to avoid a few things like Peter being neighbour and sucking your professor for grades, also avoid learning at all time, I think you shouldnt have "no sleep perk" and not be athlete ( because she will do it to keep the scholarship or something)

I think it could be your job is the problem. I just did a quick test and to get sent to the male prison I had the experimental implant and went with fitness massage therapist for a job.

Aside from that, there is some RNG to getting pregnant, I think every time you have risky sex it adds 1 to how likely it is that you get knocked up... But, it only rolls to see if you are when you get tested, so if you don't mind using the back button you can just re-roll until you are not. Though this can take many re-rolls if you have been very risky.

In the past, I have managed to get to the prison without anything more than using normal birth control pills (and the above re-rolls), having no side effects at creation.

How do i avoid content with chastity belts/cages? I am not turned off by it, just not into it so i would like to take paths where that is not a thing.

Mainly Avoid having Sex of any kind when you return Home for X-mas.

There should be an Option where Our FC can ask her Mistress for some Financial "Help"
- as our FC is in Chastity, per Mistress' orders; Our FC Cannot find suitable work to get out of debt without taking on the Student Loan,... or maybe that is the point.
(My FC/MC still works as a Bartender)

I'm not 100% sure there is no male content in any of the routes, but the "Submissive lesbian wife" ending is got by;

Having at least 1 point in submission (I like to get it and exhibition high for the route)
Have the roommate that lets you work in the bar (and take that job)
Agree to move in with her and to become a permanent woman
Get put on Academic probation and get kicked out of school
