The endings we have are not the final ones planned, but most will likely be submissive-leaning (there should be at least one male and one female where the MC is the dom, I think, judging from the content we have).
There are 3 women you can have a relationship with. One of these has an ending where you will become a submissive lesbian wife if you are interested. Start working at the bar at the start of the game with the submissive trait, then fail out of school.
There is another ending where you wind up as a cougar, using young men for your satisfaction. You can find an ending list in the achievements screen.
I infer that the game dev has an interest in submission with a chastity kink, so that is the war they tend to write.
This game, unlike most found on this site, is being done with no way to pay money to the dev, it is purely a passion project. So you have to expect that they will write what they enjoy and avoid subjects that don't do it for them.
It's not abandoned, just in extremely slow development. It may take years, but there should be an update at some point. The one downside with the dev not taking money for their work is that we don't have a good way to contact them, though they are a bit more active on their Reddit (link on the first page), but even there, it can take many months for a response.
