It's a shame they just vanished from the movie scene. They released a trailer earlier in the year but nothing happened since.
I can just imagine the god tier movie they could make nowadays...

The whole point of Subverse was to familiarise with Unreal engine but we're never getting another movie. Throne is not it. Maybe if they had a Subscribestar or something since Patreon beaned them.
they have a fansly. Dunno how popular that is for payment though.
Throne just seems like a scam from them if i'm being honest. They're asking for like 75-100k for a "short" film. Doesn't say what constitutes short or why one short film is 20k more than another one. Or why it costs 7k to make a digital manga.

I find that most other artists that do more hardcore stuff end up doing guro which is BLECH. Fow was so good for my particular tastes.
just wanna ask, what are the videos of Subverse in OP? they not look like the scenes in game ( i just buy the game), are they just for preview?

I don't know their plans - but the fact that they closed their own website by switching it into "Under Construction" mode could have only two outcomes:
a) They are going to "return with the bang" - e.g. release a new movie / announce of upcoming movies / games
b) Silently disband without any announcements
I don't think they'll be making moving anytime soon, their funding campaign for new movies is atrocious. Their game is getting stale because it's pretty vanilla compare to the stuff they used to make.
But I don't think they will disband either, their name is still too big to fail in NSFW community.

You're grossly overestimating reality, the NSFW art community has moved past them.
It's been over half a decade since they were relevant.
With what AI generators are accomplishing right now with images and while the animations are crude at the moment, FOW is going to watch it's era pass it by like a lot of other traditional game makers, artists, and so on and they will just slowly fall into obscurity.
The AI generated animations that have been slowly trickling out into the public these past 6-8 months, while janky and wonky are giving HUGE potential to what one shmuck alone in his room can do with these animation engines!
AI is going to open the door to H movie genres that you would NEVER see from one of the big companies from Japan and the western creators (if that term is allowed when talking about AI stuff) who are constantly getting hamstringed by their patreon mods AI animation is going to kill off the traditionalist patreon artists because the turnaround is going to outpace what a team can do in 1-3 years.
We are already seeing this with hentai galleries and the potential as there has been a huge influx of AI content covering Anime shows and other stuff that traditional artists have completely neglected or you are lucky if your favorite artist throws you one stinking pic in a 2 year span of your favorite character that nobody cares about!
The hentai movie industry has been rather weak these past 2 or 3 years except for maybe 1 or 2 good studios while the really shitty budget studios ruin some great Manga/Doujin stories with their crap animation on a monthly basis and the 3 or 5 best Western artists just focus on what's the popular anime at the moment.
I think the writing is on the wall and that is pissing off the sweat shop pay sites with their garbage early 2000's style artwork that they update sporadically. Using AI to generate hentai images and animation is going to replace many of the old school artists and their era will inevitably pass.
AI opens the door for more variety, less hassle, and higher output.
