Was never reformatted since purchase, which was more than ten years ago. It was force-updated to windows 10 by Microsoft.
that could be the issue but then again it might not. now i did go bakc and read your problem again and it reminded me of a problem i had years ago with mass effect andromeda where the game would lauch the game and it would show in the task manager but after a few soconds it would shut down like you said. now unfortunately i never got to figure out what was happening because that computer died just a few days later but it resembled your issue... or it could be your computer can't run games made with the more modern renpy engine

Promising start; only issue I had was with the phone interface being clunky, and because I switched it to imperial measurements sometimes the temperature on the phone stretched outside the phone because it was showing multiple decimal places for whatever reason. Looking forward to further updates and seeing where this goes.
I had my hard drive formated 1-2 months ago and i got same problem.
nothing to do with that, since we have a lot of people, with different "computer situations" but still having the same problem of the game just not starting...

Game doesn't start.
A possibility . . . I see online that some renpy games don't open because of a mismatch between a game's audio requirements and audio settings on the computer.
Could the problem be related to the desktop.ini (configuration settings) file in game>audio>effects folder?

Awesome start, I was compelled the whole time and Mila looks super hot. Would love to see the mod role of MC evolving into more of a pimp/sharing situation for Mila

I can't launch studio hearts either (silent fail, no log or traceback) and I have a running theory. I suspect its an issue with older Intel cpus/chipsets. I've tried running on a 7th gen i5 and a 9th gen i3. It can't run on either (both the 0.1.1 version here and the 0.1.2 version fron atem's patreon). If anyone else is having the same problem, can they reply to this message with their cpu/chipset versions
